I entered into contract with the concrete company DCU, owned by Clayton H The concrete work to be performed was to widen driveway, replace end of driveway so the water would run away from yard, concrete slab and concrete walkway measuring 36 inches wide. The work was started on July 3, 2021 with digging and starting to lay the forms for concrete work. One of the workers actually scratched my vehicle leaving a huge scratch in the side. Work was delayed many times and when work was finely done the sidewalk was uneven and of different widths throughout, starting with 27 3/4 inches to 35 inches. Curve of side walkway was bad and totally uneven. The entire walkway had to be dug up and replaced. It is still not done correctly and needs to be torn up again. The concrete slab was to be use as a small patio area has a slop to it that makes the run towards the house, is not even has low areas where rain will pool and not run away from the house. Concrete work at the end of the driveway is not level and makes water back up into the yard. I have waited patiently long enough for the work to be fixed with nothing being done. Not only that the workers splattered concrete on my newly painted house, plants, landscape lights, flower pots. When the concrete was delivered the truck left ruts in the yard, and they washed out the concrete truck into the grass in my front yard leaving an area of concrete about 2 inches thick in a 4 x 4 foot area. Jobsite was never cleaned up after the work was done.
