    During the Months of February, March and April ********** charges were charged to my Pentagon Federal Credit Union Account's. These were charged to a debit card I never received and PSCU Processed the charges. I contacted PSCU ************* about the charges, and was told that I needed to contact the Credit Union, The Credit Union transferred me back to PSCU and PSCU back to the Credit Union consistently. None of which would take my fraud report. I was in the hospital, and I did not conduct any ATM Withdrawals or Purchases to Chanced Gold Coins. After speaking to the credit union the 17th time, I was told they would transfer me to PSCU To take a fraud report on the charges. This report was taken 04/10/2024 and then PSCU Did not work the Fraud Claim. Not even once, and did not provide provisional credits. These charges occurred by both an Identity Thief and Account takeover, The Debit card was stolen and my Phone was stolen. PSCU finally called me on 04/30/2024 Keep in mind this is WELL OVER the 10 Business day's required to either provide provisional credit or complete their investigation. The representative asked me to call back, and Which I did. I explained that my phone was stolen and wallet while I was in the Hospital and just got discharged on 04/10/2024. She said she just got the fraud report on 04/30/2024 Even though PSCU Took the initial fraud report on 04/10/2024. No Provisional Credits were provided. The following day the representative tried to call me again and Did not leave a voicemail. To this day, 05/09/2024 I still do not have credits. These Charges were unauthorized charges and PSCU must investigate the charges. **** has a zero liability policy for charges not conducted by me. Unauthorized charges, and PSCU is not only violating ****'s Zero liability policy, they are also violating the *** Act. I believe PSCU owes a refund in the amount of $680 in withdrawals that they deducted from my account, this caused a negative balance which I am not paying.

    I hate this bank. I literally have mental trauma from what they did to me and the psychological games they played with my head. Took ***** of my money that I needed and never gave it back then Pretended they didnt see it on their end. Lied over and over. Made me call in countless times to verify every transaction and if I made it and used psychological techniques to try and make me look crazy. They are horrible and why should I pay my bill after all the abuse I took? Are you going to pay my medical bills now? Shortly after all that I started getting stalked in person,, so god only knows what kind of shady people they work with. I hope
