We used **************************, which was merged with Decision HR, for PEO services. We have discovered that we were overcharged and misinformed about many items. Some of our employees have not received their W2s. Our purchase of benefits were not accurate and we were overcharged for many items. Our companies were charged with multiple fees of which were not stated in our contract. We have attempted multiple communications with the company and they are not responding to our requests, or will respond with minimal information and no resolution. We have been informed to do conflicting behaviors to correct certain issues. The company is not taking responsibility for their errors and have overcharged us for at least a year above agreed upon rates. We have attempted a peaceful resolution but had to end services due to this, of which they applied a term fee not listed in our contract and made us pay them for it if we were going to have our employees paid on time. We did not agree to the extra charges, but did agree to the payroll amounts and ended up paying it to have our employees make sure to receive a paycheck on the appropriate pay day. Their lack of responding is unprofessional and they continued to overcharge us to the last day of our receiving their services despite us pointing out the errors. This company is engaging in fraudulent practices across all aspects of their implementation of their practices. We believed at first that this was an error and could be resolved, but they continue to not respond and continued to overcharge us with many excuses of which are not accurate. We have requested reports, information, explanations, of which we receive a minimal response. I am aware of another company this has happened to as well, with the same company. Their business practices are of great concern.
