Terrible... DONT USE....we are currently working with them on an addition (just 356 sq ft) they quoted 3 months to complete. It has been 6 months and they are not even close to being done. They have subs do the work that take weeks for just one day jobs and they never come and check anything out. They say you are harassing them when you ask them where someone is when they said they would be there. IF THEY EVEN ANSWER THE ****** They cause more damage to your house then get work done. They allowed my roof to cave in and sit like that for a whole month. Made ************* have water damage. I have never experienced such a whole company. save yourself the headache and go with someone who knows what they are doing.

      Business response

      07/31/2023

Thank you for informing me so I could respond in a timely manner.  All Contractors will have at least one difficult client and the Stirs were mine.  I do understand that the objective of this response is to keep to facts and not emotion however the abuse and harassment the Stirs caused the Company, Project Manager and my health did impede the job.  Digital backup can be provided to prove the Stirs stalked my personal home, accused my Project Manager of drug use and deals and posted false reviews on the web.

In answer to the allegation of financial misconduct, none was committed.  The Stirs provided the base contract indicating the scope of the work.  The contract also notes the work would be completed per the plans that were provided by the Stirs as noted on page 1, DEFINITIONS /paragraph THE WORK.  That same paragraph also notes that delays / supply shortage issues may occur at no fault to the Contractor.  All Covered Contactors did keep the Stirs informed; however the Stirs not liking the message would become abusive to the Messenger.  They were informed that their job would be a fill-in job, meaning working on their project between others.  Unfortunately what they heard was the project would be done in 3 months.  The Contract does not state any time frame due to issues stated above.

The contract was for $65,483.50 see attachment 1, Draw / Payment Schedule.  There were 2 additional change orders 1 for $2,475.00 and the 2nd for ******** both due to the provided plans not meeting code.  The first needed fix was due to the plans improper tie-in on the roof which the Stirs did pay however this did occur during the rainy season and resulted in some water damage.  The second change was the extension of a bathroom wall to meet code that the plans lacked.  At this time the Stirs have never paid for this CO.  Resulting in payments totally $52,475.00.  Draw 3 ($8, *****) and Final Payment (********) totally $15,483.50 has never been paid.  On November 2, 2021, attachment 2, the Stirs did fire All Covered Contractors and requested a breakdown/punch out list of what was needed to complete. That list was provided see attachment 3.  At this point the only Subcontractor the Stirs may have paid is the A/C Sub because they wanted to use their own family member. This Sub never had a contraction relationship with All Covered.  This request was agreed to and the Stirs were informed of a $3,6***** credit that would be issued at the time of the final payment.  The Stirs also wanted to provide some of the bathroom fixtures so an additional credit of $2,174.91 was given.

Numerous times All Covered was texted by the Stirs that a lawyer was involved and other Contractors reviewed the work claiming fault was found.  Digital text copies can be provided upon request.  After the November 7th correspondence the Stirs made it clear they were not accepting anything less then $5,2***** and we would be dealing with their Attorney, see attachment 4.  At that time we did engage an Attorney to represent All Covered however at this time the Stirs have yet responded to any messages.

Inspections were completed timely.  This is public record which can be found on the Pinellas County ************************** site.

Once again thank you for the opportunity to respond and please feel free to call me with any other questions or concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:

IF YOU WANT CONTRACTORS COMING TO YOUR HOUSE AT NIGHT LOOKING FOR MONEY USE THIS GC......

to follow up here, he stole my money. I have the **** investing this contractor. He is a liar. He owes me thousands of dollars and damaged my home in parts that was not under construction. I had to take the job over to complete it because he would send people by so he didn't "abandon" the job but never actually did any work. he told me he would go as fast as he could but it was months of lies and no work. HE IS A TERRIBLE PERSON WHO LIES, STEALS MONEY.... STAY AWAY.

I had MULTIPLE contractors showing up to my house at night putting liens on my home because he did not pay these people for their work.

I had to pay for my own AC Person because he couldn't find someone cheap enough, he was suppose to refund me for the money which he did not. text message proof of this.

I could go on for days... I have text message proof, picture and emails if anyone who wants to use him wants to see proof.

      Sincerely,

      *****************
