Secure Benefit Services Inc. Address ** *** ** ** ** *********** ** ***** with a web site and a number ************. When I try to reach them through their "contact us" on their website the contact will not go through stating I have left info blank which is not the case. When I call the number the answering machine says no one is there to take your call and hangs up. No message can be left. I am calling on behalf of my brother who receives SSI managed by this company to ask questions on his behalf and to find out where he is so I can speak with him. My name is Jill Fallon, and his name is Rowley P. Fallon with a last known address in St. Pete. My complaint is one of trying to reach a company handling my brother's SSI and not being able to reach them thus, him. His case worker from 2021 informed us that this company most likely placed my brother in a home and handles all of his affairs being assigned manager of his SSI benefits. It feels very shady to not be able to reach them. I would like to hear from them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On April 06, 2023 My brother, **** ********* received a letter from SSA stating that he was assigned a new payee which was listed as the following: Secure Benefit Services INC *** *** ** ** ********** ** *****. There was no number listed as a contact. I will say that my brother was the one who requested this change but he did so when is was in the hospital's mental department due to a mental crisis. So, how this request to change a payee was even allowed is beyond me. However, this complaint is about Secure Benefit Services INC. today is May 5th 2023 and my brother has yet to hear from this said company who is now is payee. We have gone to the SSA to request a change of payee and I know it takes time but I wanted to file this complaint because I see that my brother is not the only one who this said company has done wrong by. This company should not be allowed to be in business. They have made no attempts to contact my brother yet they have his May check and they are his assigned payee at the moment. We had to get their contact info from the SSA and both numbers we have called no one answers just as many others have mentioned here as well. How is this even legal. They are suppose to be "interested in my brothers well being" but yet they have not even gotten in touch with him to see how they can help him. My brother has rent to pay and he also has personal hygiene products to buy, not to mention food as well. I just want it to be known that this company seems to be very shady. For now we will continue to try to call them, while we wait for the request of change of payee to be approved by the SSA. My number is *** *** **** and my email is ******************* they can contact me to get in touch with my brother.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The company named in my complaint has contacted us and we have been able to reach an understanding about my concerns with the company. I suppose I no longer need the BBB to attempt to make contact with them. I will later see to leaving a review about their service. Thank you so much for your time and help with this matter.

      Respectfully,

      Sincerely,
