on Jan 21 2022 my 74 year old husband made a contract with Tampa Lawn Sharks ****************************** for Landscaping Bed Extension and Custom Curbing that was to include prep work, labor for design and bed edging for curbing ******** feet. The entire contract price was ******* with tax. My husband wrote a check for ******* as 70 percent was requested up front for materials and delivery. After much texting and constant delays, ***************** finally dropped off the mixer for the project at our house in April 2022. Ten days later job is not done and he picks up the mixer without notifying us. My husband texted him and more excuses. On May 22,2022 my husband passed unexpectedly. On 6/4/22 I informed ***************** that his services were not needed and to send me **** dollars back, as I was willing to pay for prep work. On 6/10/22 he came to my house and begged me to let him do the work and swore he would honor his contract and make it beautiful for my husband and it would be done by the end of the month. That is the last I ever heard or saw of him. I now want all the money returned. On 10/26/22 I informed ***************** that I was done with him and his business and would move forward with a complaint if I did not receive the full amount by Nov 10th. I received nothing. I have been on Tampa Lawn Sharks ******** and seen other projects completed, but, for some reason he feels it is ok to take our money and disappear.
