            First off drivers were amazing and helpful. However when it came time to pay I was told it was 2.5 times more than the original quote.             I contacted Scotts Moving several weeks ago about a local move and packing. We schedule a time for him to come to my condo to provide a bid for this work and also discussed about times they could do the move. Just today, I reminded him that I needed packing and he said I would have to provide the boxes. I was stunned. When I asked a company for packing serves, I expect they will provide the boxes unless they immediately state otherwise. this is what most companies do. now, several weeks later, a week before the move is schedule, he finally states I have to provide the boxes. this is time consuming and I don't know how many boxes I need. I had to cancel this company and now I'm scrambling to find another company
            this practices of this company constitute deception by omission of important facts.
