1.This letter serves as a formal complaint against Crown Auto Group located ******************************************************************. On January 16, 2024 I ordered a back up Auxillary Battery from their Amazon Store. Order no# ***-9887769-3948228 in the amount of $64.82. The order arrived in our around January 22, 2024. 2.My complaint stems from the fact I no longer required the battery and therefore initiated a return through Amazon via App. During this process, I was unable to do so and was required to contact the Seller/Crown Auto Group. I therefore contacted Amazon and verbally spoke to an agent whom initiated the return by contacting the seller directly. 3.In turn, the seller emailed me the details to return the battery by providing the above address. The seller provided no return shipping label or paid for the return of the battery. On February 17, 2024 I returned the battery via ************* ************** in the amount of $12.45 and to this date I have not received a refund. 4.The battery was never installed in the vehicle. I no longer required the battery due to the fact I had purchased the main battery which arrived days before and it resolved the problem. The seller advised they would provide the correct battery, but I respectfully declined considering my matter was resolved. The seller never stated they would charge a restocking fee or deduct anything additional to Amazon or myself. In addition, the seller provided no further instructions just their address to return the item. 5.I am seeking a full refund of $64.82 for the returned battery and the credit to be applied to my Credit One *********** Card ending in 1884. *************************** address being ***********************************************************************************.
