I had ordered this company's supplement sometime in 2019. It was a one time purchase after a free-trial. This business is claiming that I placed another order in October of 2021, which they shipped to my previous address in NH. I moved to Florida in April of 2021. They have been calling me harassing me 8-10 times a day. I have explained to them that I did not place this order nor approve this shipping as I did not live there and they are insistent that I pay them over $200 and threatening to have this "Destroy my credit" if I don't pay. I have asked for a manager multiple times and they refuse and keep trying to bully and harass me into paying for something I did not order, nor receive. The intimidation tactics are not working and I refuse to pay them. I just want the harassment to stop. They need to clear any unpaid balance on my account and ensure that no further orders are processed under my name.

This company has called me claiming I purchased a product in 2021, which I did not, and that it was a subscription and my card was charged **** and I have an outstanding balance I need to pay. They cite they have records of the last 4 digits of my credit card (which I have no cards with those digits) and that they emailed me (they do have my email listed correctly) a receipt 14 days after the purchase. I ask for a receipt/invoice to reflect the purchase so I can compare to my bank/card statements and they say they already sent it when I purchased back in 2021 and cannot send me a new one, but should I want to cancel the subscription (go figure!) I have to pay my outstanding balance. The "customer service reps" get very aggressive, one told me "Well you should read the terms and conditions when you purchase a product" but will not produce a receipt/invoice of me owing them money. I have now received more calls, almost two a day, and they always call from different numbers (but spoof it so it looks local).

Receiving harassing phone calls from Magnetique hair starting I purchased a product from them in 2021, which I did not. They are argumentative and demand that I pay them to cancel the service, which was never purchased. They call several times a day from different numbers and are clearly not Americans.

I was contacted today by a company that I originally thought was a scam phone call. They continued to call me multiple times within an hour telling me I owe them 300$ from June 2020 stating I got free product and didnt stop my account within the 14 days but my credit card expired and So I have 23 pending shipments. They said if I didnt pay they would send the current 300$ to collections as well as ship my ********************* for them. Then send that to collections. I told them I dont even live at that address and they said if I dont pay the money its my choice and they will send the shipments. After arguing with them I checked my emails and turns out I did place an order back in June of 2015 and I cancelled it the next day . I never received their product. I called and spoke to the them and they said my cancellation number is actually my order number and they wont accept ir. I read the emails to them and she said it doesnt matter. I owe the money and hung up on me. I want all charges to be removed and my account closed. This happened 8 years ago? Why are they just now contacting me anyways ?

September 2021, I responded to an ad for a free hair growth sample, you just had to pay shipping, I googled the product, and proceeded, at the end it said I would have to call & cancel otherwise you would have monthly shipments... I did not complete the process as I knew I would forget to cancel... never heard anything, no email, fast forward to June 16 2022 I received a phone call saying I had to pay for the product or they would send & charge me for the other 9 months worth of shipments they had for me. I argued back & forth and due to the threat of it affecting credit scores, I eventually conceded & paid. Today, June 21, I receive another phone call, I immediately said no, I already paid you, send me to your manager. I argued with her for at least 20 mins. She was saying I now had to pay for another related product I didn't sign up for nor knew nothing about, I told her absolutely not, I wasn't paying for anything & to cancel whatever subscription. The first representative was Amanda Lopez, which obviously wasn't her real name, employee ID 0186, if that's real, didn't tell me anything about this new product, only about the hair growth sample. I argued with the supervisor as she discounted what I owed to 50% then 70% off what I "owed." She said if I did not pay, she would not cancel my subscription & continue to charge me & send me product. I told her she can't charge me, she doesn't have my full card on file, & didn't have my correct address. I told her I would seek legal action & I absolutely wasn't paying, I was then hung up on. I told her this company was fraudulent & deceptive, which it is, I never fully processed my order but they had my info at that point & still used it. There whole scam is to get you with the fine print in the terms & conditions, take your info, & take your money Info on my banking & phone # Satellite Beach CA XXX-XXX-XXXX
