they went above and beyond as the distributer of the product i ordered ,when i did not get a response from the manufacture to my request for an appox. shipping date i reached out to digistore and they took it from there.With persistant requests to the manufaturer i received the product in less than 5 business days when i was told by the manufacturer that it would be ***** business daysReview from Craig S

In this fast paced digital world, a lot of companies will make you jump through many hoops to get information about your purchase after they have your money.digistore24 took the time to find an invoice that I had lost, so I could redeem my purchase.they were very helpful , kind and courteous .
