I placed an order with the above company and never received my order. Yesterday I called the company, and they called their shipping source, USPS, and they said they "scanned the package to the wrong address". I assumed that it was taken care of . This morning I went to the UPS Store which is where I send all orders to prevent "theft". USPS emailed it was delivered to the address given. I went to the UPS Store this morning, to pick up this "delivered" package, and it was not there. I received three other orders that was delivered there but this one was not there. USPS send an email that was no where near the truth. In speaking to a UPS personnel they said the Postal personnel NEVER CAME YESTERDAY, May 10TH. i TELEPHONED THE COMPANY AGAIN. I told them they need to check this deception out because they are the sender and they could receive more information than I. They were very "nonchalant" about the matter. I demanded to receive this item TODAY OR I WOULD NEED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. They really didn't sound too concerned with this matter at all.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/13) */ This customer reached out regarding her shipment, we responded right away that USPS routed it incorrectly and per USPS they were fixing the issue as it was on their end and not ours. Yesterday 5/12 ******* emailed us saying she spoke to UPS and that the package was delivered yesterday. The entire time we told ******* she had multiple options, should could either receive a refund if it was lost or we would be happy to resend the package. I understand we are the sender however no company has responsibility over USPS and their shipping issues. TO the best of my knowledge this package was delivered as she emailed us to let us know it was delivered. I have multiple emails to provide proof that we did everything in our power for her to get her order Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/05/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) After several calls and investigation. I finally received my order and am moving on.
