TRB built my home that I bought in July 2023. I have had a couple of issues with items that were not on the punch list that I reported to them shortly after moving in. They were unwilling to help with these issues. One was humming ceiling fans. They said I needed to go through the ceiling fan company. The ceiling fan company would not warrant them nor help me without a purchase receipt. TRB would not provide me with a receipt for the fans. I had to purchase my own replacement fans and pay for an electrician to install them. I also discovered that the window screens were not square. They were bowed at the top which let bugs and frogs into the window ledge. When I opened the windows, the pests would come into my house. TRB would not correct that either. I had to get all the screens rescreened and pay for it myself. Just because something is not on the punch list does not mean that the builder should not help with it. Some items are not discovered until after living in the home. Most good builders allow for a second punch list to be made after living in the home for a period of time. Not this builder. He should have fixed the problems as it gave the message that he didn't care about the poor workmanship of the subcontractors he used. Their communication was curt and demeaning making me feel it was my problem. I would not use this builder again.
