      I have been without AC since June 17th. My upstairs neighbor has had no air for months. There are currently 39 total apartments with outdated AC Units. They are not taking necessary steps to alleviate the issue. They have not given any time frame on repairs or when new AC units will come in.

      We have researched this complaint and apologize for the inconvenience that our resident experienced with their AC unit. We are happy to report that the maintenance staff were able to fix the problem to the tenants satisfaction. We will consider this complaint to be resolved unless otherwise notified.

      05/10/2024 AC unit stop working. Put first work order in for maintenance to come and recharge it. Then was advised that the condenser was no good and they had to order a part waited several weeks was told they now had to pull a work permit before they could replace part. This was b over 3 weeks ago. Management never returns phone calls. I had to go in person and talk to office staff who are clueless and keep giving me excuses after excuses on the reason why no repairs have been made. Still advise they are waiting on a permit to be pulled meanwhile several residents are without air and it's 90 or higher in ******* unlivable conditions. Only Advised if we buy portable air conditioners they will reimburse us I have yet been reimbursed *************************************************************************************** Alta Mar at Broadwater Apartments Pacifica Residential Business Management

      Rat infestation in the apartment units. The **************** refuses to do anything about it. Its been going on for months. My apartment alone is covered in rats. The apartment manager threatened to put fines on my account for disrupting if I contacted the police or the new stations about the conditions they make up live in. I have also tried to move and the apartments refuse to send verification for approval to other apartments. Rats are everywhere in a lot of the units and maintenance nor the apartments are doing anything about the situation. My apartment one has removed over 9 rats from my unit.

      I moved out of my apt **** ********** unit I. ****************************** by May 1,2022. Proper notice given. If you do not have a lease you give a 15 day notice. I was told numerous times my deposit was being processed by the Manager then told it was sent to their corporate office. I have emailed several times, left forwarding address, phone number never received a response from anyone. I would like to recieve my deposit back . The apartment was left in move in ready condition.

      My Name is ****** ****** , Currently a resident of Unit *** . I emailed a intent to vacate email over in april and spoke with Jennifer in regards to the email which she said was fine .Here we are 60 days Later Ive attempted to contact the office Since 9 am No one has answered . I also came up to the property to speak with someone at 9:10 am ,No one was in the office . someone finally arrived between 9:45 and 10 Am ,Refusing to speak with anyone and Ignoring not only myself but 3 Others. Frustrating part is i just wanted to know when the keys must be turned in .Just wanted this to go on record of The multiple attempts that have been made to speak with someone .I will continue to try and Get in contact to with someone .
