I paid to have tint installed on my home in September of 2021, and with this I was supposed to receive paperwork for my lifetime warranty. - this I never received After a couple months the tint was failing in multiple places, and started asking to have them come out multiple times. I also asked for my paperwork through this process. I eventually got him to come out and validate that the tint was in fact covered under warranty. ****** then proceeded to tell me that it would take a bit to get the claim filed with *****, who is the tint provider. We eventually got that pushed through and I had to repeatedly practically beg him to come out and replace the defective tint. It was replaced in September of 2022. He tells me that he needs to come back and seal the edges and only then can I have my paperwork. He will not respond to me or schedule a time. I want my paperwork for the warranty so I can connect with another ***** tint installer and get the support I need.
