Fenomenal Job. Im very happy with Ehs. The results are amazing. Im saving a lot thanks to my new solar system.

On 7/26/24 my 80+ year old father called me to inform me that ***************************, a sales rep for Efficient Home Services, was at his house telling him that he doesnt need to continue paying for his solar panels since they are not working and the company has gone out of business.He told my dad that his company will take the old panels off and install a new system.My dad believed him and was ready to sign up with him.He called me while ****** was there to share the news.****** confirmed with me what my dad claimed the company would do and why.Thankfully I told my dad and the rep that nothing will be signed today before I review the proposal.The rep emailed the proposal and didnt have him sign anything as he promised me he would do.My father and I both replied to the email saying that we need to talk to the loan company first before committing to this project.Once we clear everything with the loan company we would get back to him.To which I, nor my father, have received a reply from ******.While I admitted to ****** that I was not a solar expert, I am not solar ignorant either.I also have a friend that works for a solar company.My friend confirmed what I thought was the problem with ******* proposal.My father cannot stop paying for the panels.While the installer has gone out of business the panel company has not and he will still owe the banking institution that granted him the solar loan.If my father had not called me, he would now have an extra $32,758.00 debt & a lien on his house for the first system for a senior citizen on a fixed income.Also, not replying to our emails is not a good look because it seems like he is shady.If ****** thought the sale was going to happen because you told my father the correct information, he would have gotten back to us to keep that sale alive. On 8/4/24 I email Efficient ************ to address the problem before going to review site but as of 8/9/24 they have not responded to my email.

***, as a total package, was Outstanding From the beginning with *******, a extremely professional individual that was very knowledgeable, to ************* in operations, the delivery of the solar equipment, the installation professionals (**** and his team) all of the Support Staff and a special thanks to ******, the electrician.Wrapping it up today, was *****, to start up the *** system and install the Enphase app on our PC and I phones, We are looking forward to generating electricity.Thank you for all for of your professionalism and caring ways.********************************* ***********************************
