Today I walked in the Roadmasters truckingclass at 7:30am, ****** was standing in the class and said go to his office. I went to his office, he then walked in his office at 7:31am. He sat down and said that I was ******, that I came in at 7:31am. I told him that I pulled in the parking lot at 7:28am due to it being a car accident on the fwy and I made it to class at 7:30am. He said No, it was 7:30am and 30 seconds. I said okay then write that time on the ****** slip. He said no Im putting 7:31 and since youre refusing to sign the slip Im kicking you out of the school. I asked him did I miss any classroom instruction? He said no. I asked him why is he making miss 10 hours of instruction over supposedly, according to him, being 30 seconds late. He said Now Im asking you to leave the school and Im going to call security. I left. I was faced with discrimination and harassment at this school and I would like to reach out to someone to resolve this issue.Business response

Complainant enrolled in *******'s Commercial Truck Driver Training program. In connection with attendance, all students must have a valid ****** Drug Screen and ****** Medical Examiner's Certificate. The cost for obtaining these items is the responsibility of the student. Complainant expressed that she did not wish to pay for the cost of procuring these required items. Complaint was unprofessional towards staff of *******'s third-party service provider, terminal staff and *******'s personnel regarding her procurement of the required items. Complainant was notified of this unacceptable behavior on January 29th. On January 31st, Complaint was tardy for training. As a result of Complainant's behavior and actions, Complainant was dismissed from *******'s program. Complainant has not paid Roadmaster for any services provided and therefore there is nothing to refund to ****************** ******* has cancelled all invoices for services which Complainant received as a show of good faith. At no time did Complainant experience any discrimination or harassment from *******'s personnel.
