      I purchased a vehicle on 4/16/2024 from the dealership i had ******* cash for a down payment the dealer first offered me a car that was falling apart i declined told him i'd come back maybe another day he brought another car around for me to test drive so i test drove the vehicle it had a few minor things that i addressed to the dealer he told me he already had the mechanic aware and the issues would be fixed immediately such as the interior lining , the back tail light , etc. My main concern was the air conditioner was not blowing cold and i told the dealer before i even took the car off the lot that it needed to be fixed he proceeded to tell me that his mechanic was on vacation and he will take care of it when he got back i told him i will just take care of it myself for the simple fact i had to go to work it was already 6pm the first week i have the car the dealer is calling my phone back to back requesting payment of $500.00 so i paid it because to my understanding that was my car payment with the included price for the extended coverage warranty i signed for when purchasing the vehicle that same week a few days later i receive a welcome letter from the finance company stating my first payment is due on 05/16/2024 for the amount of $340.44 So now 2 weeks have passed and the car is not driveable the air conditioning is once again not working , the rotors and brakes are shot the frame to the car is bent i take it to the dealer the other day he proceeds to ask for $500 i tell him no i dont got that he says when i bring the $500 he will fix my car and he wont renew my paper tag until i pay him the money hes asking for i have not had this car for more than 3 weeks hes extorting me for money wont fix my car wont trade the car in wont give me my money back

      Dealer forced me to take a bad contract lying to me telling me that the contract cannot be voided I called the credit lender and they told me that he was lying and he just didn't want to void the contract and it could be reversed being that it was still in a certain time frame dealer also lied to the credit lender about money spent on down payment for the loan down payment was $3,500 and I gave him $1,800 cash that's all he asked me for dealer also sold me a bad vehicle that stop working the day I drove it off the lot (I have video stuck at gas station) and told me that I wasn't able to not take the vehicle and it had only been ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** about total amounts that are not on the contracts dealer is also trying to force me to pay for money that he told me I did not have to pay for when he lied to the credit lenders about the amount of down payment that was paid I do not want the vehicle and wish to return it and he knew that from day one I left the vehicle there a whole day as I spoke with a lawyer about the situation the only reason I did not go with the lawyer is because I cannot afford the $3,000 to retain the lawyer but the lawyer advised me that my rights were violated and laws were also broken and that fraud was 100% committed and that they have done this before that's why they feel so confident about everything and I really need help with this situation please I also believe that the credit lender (credit acceptance) is working with them on all fraud contracts as they told me his lies about the down payment are not their problem

      I am reaching out to you guys and hope that this situation doesnt happen to anybody else I recently purchased a car through this company April 13, 2023, being that I purchased a car on the weekend I did not drive the car home until April 15, 2023 when I got home which is in another city about 30 minutes away. The car broke down started to steam running hot and the ignition switch would not turn over to crank. I reached out to the dealer and he recommended that I get it towed back to him. He will fix the problem and of course I agreed, and had it towed back to him. I called him the next day to see if he can update me regarding the car. He said he had his mechanic look at it and it was something minor. H*** fix it right away and I can come pick up the car. I ended up getting a right to ************** from *****. he assured me that the car was operable and all the issues have been fixed. I test drove it around the block, and it seemed to be OK until I drove back home on the highway for it to break down again. I reach back out to the dealer to tell him hey, you assured me that the car had been fix whats going on its doing the same thing running hot and would not crank. at that point since the car was back in *****, I took it to my moms car dealership mechanic and have them do a diagnostics test. Once the diagnosis test was done, the mechanic told me that he was sorry to inform me, but the car is no good. The motor was seized and a radiator had blown, and the starter was fried I reached back out to the dealer and also finance company to let them know what was going on and hopes that they will cancel the debt due to the nature of the vehicle. I have been getting run around every day and still expected to pay the car for a car that I cant use. It has been under 30 days and no one is willing to hold anybody accountable for doing a bad deal. I am reaching out to you guys in hopes that this issue can be resolved.

      The customer drove the car over heated and blow the engine , this is what happen and he should pay for fix the engine , I sold the car to him as is , I have the paperwork he sign for as is  after he test drive the car 2 time ,

      I recently made a purchase through this company, thinking that he had my best interest. I was not able to pay cash for the vehicle so the owner offered me finance options and also recommended a particular vehicle which was a dodge avenger 2013 after I signed the contract a day after the car started running hot. I called the owner explain to him what was going on and hed ask me to get it towed back to him and I did.. he asked that I give it a few days to allow his mechanic to figure out what was going on with the car, which led to three days off for him to say a cat was missing. I had to find a ride to ************** because I live in ***** to pick up the car they both assured me that it is working and they also did additional repairs to make sure that I was happy. I test drove the car just around the corner. The car appeared to be fine, so I proceeded to get back on the highway to go home to ***** where I live and as soon as I get off the exit, the car is steamy, running hot again, and also will not start. I called the dealer again explain to him what was going on , he act as if he had no clue. I had to find a ride home and also pay for another tow truck, and I proceeded to ask him if it was OK for me to get a diagnosis test in which he refused to do for me in **************, so I had someone at a professional dealer look at the car and diagnose the car by a machine. The mechanic told me that the engine was seized and also the radiator had blown and the starter was shot. The only thing that they said was going good for the car was the brand new battery that I was aware of the guy putting in I asked him over and over to cancel out the time chat because I have not been able to enjoy the car has cost me additional money. I have reached out several times to him with limited to no response, and he has not even tried to resolve the issue, even asking if he can provide either my deposit or either a loaner car because I am the one that suffer a loss and no response

      I dont know what he did to the car he come first time back I replace battery and he did test drive the car with his mom , for long time and he come back say everything is fine , latter this day he called me with the car is not fine I dont know what he did for it , from beginning he gets surprised by haw much he pay to insurance with is not my business, and he try to get out the deal after he found the insurance is too much , after I did everything for the deal and paperwork to get him finance , and I dont have mechanic shop I try to help him with mechanic next door and the mechanic work now in his car I dont know what he did to the car to get out of the deal , I get him deal directly with mechanic shop , Im out its his car now , I spend too much money on the car to make him happy and every few days he come back with something I sell used cars , and he sign for as is condition, even after that I still help him with car , I dont know what he want now he pay down payment and I spend more on car after what he did , let me know what make him happy and I will do it ,

      I am rejecting this response because: dealer put a Band-Aid over major problems. True he did change the battery. However, the car kept running hot. It was not operable. I kept asking to just cancel out the contract, because the car was no good, and in that moment even ask if he can apply the loan on another car, he was very unreasonable and has been the whole time. I reached out to the finance company to let them know what was going on. They said I needed to have it look at that professional dealer so I proceeded to pay in addition another $179 to get the car diagnosed and that was the time that they told me that the car was no good. the motor was blown. The radiator was no good,the starter in which he told a lie to my face that he had just replaced it found out that wasnt true when all this was going on, it was only seven days until me having the loan he had the power to call the finance company and cancel the contract but he allow greed to blind him from making good decision his aim was to linger in time because he know that once 30 days have passed the finance company would not cancel the loan. I simply want my money back which was the **** in down payment and like I asked before once I realize the car had all these major issues which makes it non-operable, I asked him nicely to cancel the contract. This was dirty business and he needs to be held accountable so no one else has to suffer the way we have in conclusion of his letter. He said that he is willing to do anything thats not true because Ive been asking sense everything started happening. Please just cancel the loan that this car is no good and he refuse, I no longer want to do business with him or this finance company that simply just dismissed everything that was in black-and-white I ask that you guys please help us to resolve this matter professionally and respectfully thanks in advance
