Horrible company. I wish there was a zero star option, but even that would be too good for this place. The girl at the counter, Hannah, is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. She’s rude on the phone when you first call in, she’s condescending, arrogant, belligerent and just a miserable human being. She hates life and wants to make everyone else’s life just as miserable as hers. I drove two hours to pick up a transmission that I had talked to a male (forgot his name) about the day before. I called ahead to make sure they still had it and they did. Unfortunately, I talked with the miserable, rude, nasty and entitled “Hannah” when I called in, so I knew this was going to be a terrible situation. I should’ve just hung up the phone and went elsewhere, but I thought I would give them another chance even though they screwed me over on a rear end that I paid for in advance a few months prior only to get a call two days later from the miserable “Hannah” stating that they didn’t have it and refunded my payment. I made the two hour to trip to pick it up, and yet again, I had to deal with miserable “Hannah” when I walked in the door. I paid for the unit with my debit card and went to wait outside because I couldn’t deal with the rudeness of life-hating “Hannah.” It wasn’t five minutes later that a very LARGE shadow was cast upon my truck and I heard someone rudely yelling my name and I looked, and you guessed it, it was miserable Hannah with a miserable look on her face asking me to come back inside. I grabbed my receipt and went back inside only to be met by miserable Hannah giving me a refund receipt stating that I had to pay cash. Keep in mind, I supplied driver license and my card with my name on it at the time of sale. There wasn’t a 5/3 bank close and I couldn’t get that amount out of an ATM. Now I had to wait for the refund to go back into my account plus buy another unit elsewhere. BEWARE! BEWARE!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! I regret not researching this establishment prior to purchasing an engine. Bought one on good faith, believing the company itself was reputable. They sold me JUNK & this has been verified by 3 mechanics from different shops. I was also told stories of bad experiences. Manage is arrogant. Office staff is RUDE. The owner is just accountable for not caring. They will avoid, blame, deny & say anything to keep from honoring their word/warranty. Im out over $3000 & still need an engine. NEVER trust this business.

Garbage Parts!!! Worst attitude on the phone and very unprofessional business in my opinion!

My husband was in an accident and his van was towed there. Went to retrieve the van the next day, it literally took us 3 hrs to get this van after we had done EVERYTHING that rude receptionist asked of us, which included driving back to the DMV to get a registration that was literally in the van on their lot. She said the van had blood in it, which it did. So at that point I said well walk my husband out to the van, it's his blood so he'll get the registration. Nope that wasn't an option. We had driver's license, insurance cards, logos, his name, phone number and email on the side of the van and it still wasn't proof enough. She had the audacity to say ANYONE can bring this in here. All is unnecessary ma'am, just call the number on the side of the van or try the email and he'll answer both right here in front of you. Again but an option. By now I'm livid, I was so upset with my lady, I just walked out and sat in my truck. My husband stayed in and tried to convince them that he was the owner, nope you need more proof. We returned from the DMV with a registration and this lady said your name isn't on this registration. If it was his registration the DMV would've given it to him, are you kidding me. Once they finally did decide to release the van, hours later, they would only take cash, guess they thought we were going to stop payment. These people are CROOKS. The van wasn't even there 24hrs and they charged us to 2 days. State trooper need to find another towing company to use because these people aren't it. Not once did the ask my husband was he ok, but I guess they only care about money. And it was only this one receptionist, but one bad apple ruins it for the entire company because they knew that was my husband's van and put us through all that unnecessary running around.
