If we could give 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning more than five stars, we certainly would! The entire company, especially Marisol, Ben. and Calvin, are exceptional. This is by far the most professional, experienced, and trustworthy air conditioning company that we have dealt with in our 35 years of living in Orlando. When we called 32 Degrees, we had already been without air conditioning for eight days in 86 degree weather with high humidity. Desperate for some relief, we researched 32 Degrees, and finding their reviews excellent, called them and asked if they could obtain and install the necessary part. Without even knowing us, Marisol located the part within a half an hour and placed it on hold for us in case we would need it. Early the next day, Ben came out to check out our unit. After an extremely thorough inspection, both inside the house and outside, he said that he wanted to verify the problem with his contact at the manufacturer. As he put it, he “ did not want us to pay for an expensive part if it was unnecessary." When he diagnosed the problem and confirmed that it was the part that Marisol placed on hold for us, Marisol, herself, drove to pick it up in order that it could be installed the next day. Just as promised, Ben and Calvin ( who was also extremely knowledgeable) showed up to install the part. Both men were amazing at their jobs, working conscientiously and thoroughly so that the new part was installed correctly and the air conditioning unit was running effectively and efficiently. As far as we are concerned, 32 Degrees is a miracle worker. We are not only grateful for their quick response to our problem and their professionalism, but for their care and concern for their customers. We are very lucky to have discovered such an amazing company and we will remain customers of 32 Degrees as long as we live in Orlando! Thank you all so much! Paul and Geri S

Highly Recommend 32 Degrees Air Conditioning for the installation & maintenance of your AC. Ben & his team installed our Trane Variable Speed Unit with Comfort Link control system, we could not be more pleased! We discovered 32 Degrees Air Conditioning when our former AC company sold their residential work. We researched new companies to maintain our AC. We called 32 Degrees Marisol was professional, kind, & helpful. She scheduled Ben for a maintenance call. Ben is professional, personable, & a skilled AC technician. 32 Degrees maintained our unit for about 3 years, one night the unit froze up. Ben arrived the next morning, assessed the problem, gave us options. With information on our options & no pressure from Ben, we researched, asked many questions, & decided to replace our old unit with a new Variable Speed Trane AC Unit with the Comfort Link Control System. With supply chain problems we had a wait for all the parts to arrive. During this time (over the holidays) Ben was attentive & willing to help limp the old ailing unit along. Flow of communication about the arrival of the new unit was excellent. The installation of our new Trane AC unit was excellent. Ben & his team arrived early on installation day, took care to prep our home, covered the flooring, & made sure the pathways worked to bring parts in & out safely. The team worked all day, keeping us updated along the way. Problems arose, as they do in an aging home, each time the problem was explained, solutions were determined. Ben & his team were not put out by the complications & added work. They assessed, problem solved with our best interest in mind, & moved on with adjustments. Ben always kept us informed & up to date with the progress, never frustrated with the install. The job complete, they took time to make sure our home was clean, only trace of their presence is a beautifully installed AC unit inside & out. All their work is top notch, great attention to detail.
