We sincerely apologize for the distressing experience you encountered during your recent installation. Your feedback is deeply concerning to us, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
Upon reviewing the details of your installation, it's clear that there were significant challenges, particularly with communication between our installers and yourselves. We understand the frustration and confusion this may have caused, especially given the sensitivity to noise.
We did attempt to address these issues promptly by arranging for our service manager to explain the system and address your concerns. While we regret that the initial interaction did not meet your expectations, we are committed to improving our communication processes to better serve our customers.
Regarding the technical issues experienced with your thermostat and the subsequent service visit, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our technician identified and corrected the loose wire, ensuring the system was functioning correctly.
