I own a 2016 Ram 2500 with a 6.7 Diesel engine equipped with a DEF pump. On 04-04- 23, I I called Brad and spoke with him about my warning light being on and needing to service the DEF pump. I dropped my truck at Brads shop on 04-05- 23 thinking I would need a new pump. Brad told me he would give me a price (fair price) to replace the pump. But, Brad said to let him check the pump to see if it needed to be replaced. Brad spoke to me by phone later in the day and told me the codes all checked out and the DEF was working properly. I picked up my truck on 04-06-23 thinking everything was working properly. Brad had told me to drive the truck and see if I experience any problems. I departed and in about thirty minutes the warning light came on, again indicating the DEF pump needed servicing. I called Brad who asked me to return the truck for him look at the pump for any indication of failure. I returned the truck to Brads shop. Brad called me later on in the day and stated he had checked the pump and it was working properly. He diagnosed the injector which injects the DEF Fluid in the system had failed. I told Brad to go ahead and change the pump somewhere during this conversation. Brad assured me the pump had not failed. I picked up my truck on 04-07-23. I paid Brad for his service and the parts he placed on my truck. Brad charged me $250.00 for his labor and parts. Brad could have changed the pump which comes in at about $2000.00, but he didn’t. So, after all this I want to say Brad is an honest man and I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have service done on the vehicle they own. Oh, I forgot to mention Brad replaced the upper fuel filter cap and fuel filter I supplied at no additional cost. Thank you Brad, Cecil *******
