date of transaction : december 3, 2021 & 12/21/2021. total amount paid : $3736.29, $3116.60, & $450.00 out of MY pocket to ship motor back to them. committed to provide : they committed to provide me with a fresh built motor & head. once incident happens, told me they would source me new block(didn't happen). nature of dispute : it has been a constant back and forth with the company trying to get my issue resolved. they sent me my engine and it fell over in shipping and the engine block was cracked. they tried to blame the shipping company, but i personally blame Mazworx 100%. they failed to safely secure and use viable shipping methods. strongly believe their incompetence costed me a lot of money and an unbelievably long waiting period. once they were aware of the situations, we came to a conclusion, then after was given no update. they told me "probably 4 weeks" & that they were putting my motor at the front of the line to expedite it to get my motor fixed. i called them 6 weeks later and they then informed me they were unable to do what they told me due to them not having certain parts. not to mention when i called 6 weeks later they let it slip they haven't even touched my motor yet which was incredibly shocking to me. i wouldn't say they made me promises, but they've led me on for awhile. i now have been without my ordered parts for roughly 10 months & counting. i'm torn and this has ruined a lot for me. i'm very very upset with them who would call themselves professionals in this field. i strongly believe that are not and haven't handled this in a professional or timely matter at the slightest. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem : i mean kind of, but not really? i've tried to call to talk and ask question i rightfully deserve the answer to, but they rarely pick up & only return email when THEY have questions. still do not know what's going on with my order.
