I purchased an Intel S2600 server motherboard from them. It took some time for me to get all the parts to build my server. ***** also instituted a 30 money back return policy. Not eveything can be tested and returned or acknowledged that it is non working within 30 days. When you are buying pieces for a server from different vendors. I am arguing with a person now on his memory he sold me as well. But this company has sent me two additional boards since the original. They advertise them as New on***** for $120.00 now. I paid $175.00 for my board. As I said they sent me two additional boards since to try and replace the defective board. The next board bad video can't boot because of that. Now this last one is giving me beep codes that say bad power supply or memory issues. I know that maybe half the memory is bad or maybe the memory slots are bad. I have pull out the original bad board as it's issue was i could not get it to see 128 gig of memory only 64 gig. They say that they have techs that are testing these boards. How can they wehn I am finding this issues immediately. All I want is a properly working motherboard. No games no gimmicks. I paid for something that I expect to work properly.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/31) */ We made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by sending not one but two replacement motherboards of exact same model and stock, all brand new sealed motherboards. They came from Intel, we don't do anything with the product except ship it out as it is in the original box. Customer was unsatisfied with all three. On the third replacement, which he stated was also defective, we offered ***** to keep the motherboard and we will issue full refund. We explained that we are a reseller, not a motherboard repair business. We have no way of testing these boards. This is why we suggested he just keep it and accept full refund. We also suggested that ***** should attempt to find a different supplier for his project as we did not have any product that would satisfy his requirement. By now the option to send refund through **** portal is gone (90-days). We offered to send him refund through ******, he said he doesn't have ******. We ended up agreeing on a check. The check was sent through bill pay by our bank and I have attached screen shots of said bill pay issued, and check cashed. We believe we made every reasonable attempt to resolve this for ***** but at the end of the day he was upset for something that is not our doing.
