I went in yesterday 10/28/2022 to get a shirt made for my son's 21st birthday today. Alex showed me the design, I agreed and paid. I asked about how long it will be before it's done because in the past I had picked up same day. He said he would have it done in a couple hours but if I didn't want to wait, that I could pick up at noon the following day. I confirmed "12 o'clock tomorrow?" And he said yes. I got to the mall at noon 10-29-2022 and he wasn't there. My husband and I had lunch to give Alex time to arrive. At closer to 1pm, I called the number listed and was told "I live an hour away but I'm only 10 minutes away now. The shirt looks great though!" Alex finally arrived at 1:15pm, they proceed to turn on all the computers and open the store with out even saying hi or looking in my direction. I finally look over their counter and Alex is holding the design for the shirt I ordered yesterday! I confirmed with him the shirt wasn't actually done like he said on the phone, which he said yesterday 10-28-2022 would be done at noon today 10-29-2022. I told him it's an hour and 20 minutes past when I was promised this item, refund my money. The girl then flips a sign that on the back said ALL SALES FINAL. So, I didn't get my shirt or my refund. I've already disputed this charge with my bank. Horrible business practices.
