Our house had three inoperative receptacles (found during a home inspection) and we called Optimal on the advice of our realtor. (October 2021) Even though it would be a small job - Gary scheduled us for a couple days later, and he and and his #1 assistant arrived promptly at the appointed time. After asking us how we came to believe that the receptacles were bad, and we told him of the home inspection - he re-checked them to ensure that they indeed needed replacement. Optimal worked quickly and efficiently to not only rectify the issues, they found a couple of additional problems with some wiring in the electrical panel that the inspector hadn't identified, and brought everything up to code. I only know enough about electricity to be a danger to myself and others, but Gary explained everything he was doing during the entire process...and I can say for a fact that he didn't try and do anything that wasn't necessary. I've already recommended Optimal to others and will continue to do so. Their work in my case was excellent, and reasonably priced. They are probably the best electrical specialists I've run across in a lot of years.
