On August 7 2023 I brought this email to the attention to management:I'm bringing this to managements attention that this is the trash left from last night. I follow the schedule y'all provided but it seems the company isn't following it. I wanted to opt out of this service because it's entirely too much and can take out my own trash. Since we're forced to have this high rate of trash added to our rent I expect them to do their job. I had trash all over my front door the other day because I'm assuming a cat got a hold of it. I always sit my trash out on the scheduled days and times. Like who wouldn't if they are paying 25 extra for trash? I tried to call the company and the line keeps hanging up. For some reason I cannot scan the code. I'm trying to address these issues at the lowest level possible because it's unacceptable. We're paying entirely too much for this not to be done.Here I am on 12/2/23 with the same issue. On 11/20/; 11/37; and 12/1 this company failed to do their job. I cannot opt out of this per leasing agreement and management. I'm sick and tired of this. I wanted to take me own trash out but no I am forced to do so through ******************* I was to compensated for the service Im paying for. This is fraud and I will report this to the **** You all are taking people's money but not complying with the contract agreement. This needs to be addressed and fixed immediately. I am following the schedule as I should and y'all need to do the same also!Business response

I am rejecting this response because: it's not good lie especially when this is ********* have no reason to lie about y'all getting trash that I pay for. Lately you all seem to be getting the trash as you should but I have NOT received any communication from this company whatsoever. Yes I have submitted a ticket in the past but as you see and BBB see y'all have a problem with communication so I did the next best thing and contact the BBB because your workers seem to not want to do their job. My apartment is on a contract with you all and expect you to do your jobs as such. If a consumer is paying and not receiving services that are paid and the services are not rendered that's called fraud. My next step will be ************************* and this here is for record purposes.
