We shopped several services and landed with Sanford Granite and glad we did. Our kitchen counter tops where expertly cut and installed with a great team with little disturbance and in a timely short order. Our team was coordinated by **** who did a great job, setting proper expectations, keeping communications open, keeping everything on schedule all with a great be of service attitude. We are so happy we chose Sanford Granite. From start to finish, our kitchen countertop and backsplash project was well managed by friendly people who are experts in this area. From helping us through the selection process, to the template appointment and design updates, to the incredibly amazing install team. Just wow! What few seams we had to include are so well cut and brought together you cant even see them. We took the backsplash to the ceiling on both sides of our galley kitchen so this was a job that required a lot of skill and careful mapping of the cuts to ensure the veins and other details were well laid out. **** was nice and professional. Guided me through the process and gave me some places to try. Actual price was a slight bit less than estimate due to cost of stone being less. Installation was good and done in about 3.5 hours. Not used to undermount sinks, didnt know just adhesive could be used. So far works like a charm. Note: Youll need to shorten some plumbing due to lowering the sink if going under mount. Great job and thank youReview from Vivian S

Best find ever. They were on point with communication and edited the scope of work multiple times for my indecisive self. The workers did a flawless job, with clean lines and cleanup. I will use them on all future projects!Review from Kathy P

Sanford Granite provided great quality quartz and installation for my two bathrooms and kitchen. However their timeliness and customer service leave much to be desired. The installation team provided a window between 10 am- 1 pm on Tuesday 4/23. At 12:50 there was no sign of the installation team so we called the Sanford Granite office. We were told it would be an hour to hour and half delay due to issues with the first installation of the day. Every hour and a half that passed we would call the store for an update and were told the same thing that it would be another hour to hour and half delay. Essentially we were sitting at our house waiting all day thinking they would be there within an hour timeframe only for it to be pushed back yet again. Finally at 5:23 pm the installation team stated they would be there within ***** minutes. At 6 pm the Sanford Granite office closed and there was no sign of the installation team arriving. The installation team finally arrive at 7:20 pm- 6 hours past the close of their initial window. The team was here for 2 hours and then had to schedule to come back out Thursday at 8 am as they couldnt do any cutting as it was too late at 9:30 pm. Additionally the team was missing one of the splash guards. Wednesday night I reached out to the installation team to confirm timing only to be told they would be here at 10 am Thursday. The lack of communication is appalling. The work quality is there but this company has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service and communication. I would not recommend purely due to the frustration with communication on the installation side. The operating manager ****** did not give me a call despite leaving a voicemail and email stating I would like to speak with her. Management refused to give any discount or credit despite the major inconvenience.

I'm really glad our operations team maintained constant communication with you throughout the day and after hours, but I do wish we could have predicted the hurdles of the day to prevent you waiting around. Its not something we want for any of our clients nor our installers since they have families as well. When it came to your home our installers made the decision to work overtime to ensure you're taken care of and not delayed further. I'm glad the installation was completed well and we lived up to our promise of quality. Even though this wasn't a shining moment for us, we here at SG thank you for trusting us with your project and hope you enjoy your countertops for years to come. Can't say enough about Sanford Granite! I had a very positive experience with *****************************, operations manager, who helped me with all the phases of counter selection and installation. She was a pleasure to work with and most importantly she was very responsive to emails and texts. I highly recommend Sanford Granite to all.
