    On 16 October 2021, I entered into a contract with Michael H*****. Michael H***** is the sales person for Totally Vacuums Clean Water. Believing Mr. H***** was completely honest with me, he was not! 16 October 2021, Mr. H***** showed up at my door offering a free container of Tide (Procter and Gamble Product) to test my water. When I refused, Mr. H***** became more determined, almost demanding in a polite way. After testing my water in comparison to ********, I bought into the lies. Mr. H***** lead me to believe that I would receive 20 years of clean ******** water and Tide Products. Mr. H***** completed all the paperwork and had me sign the one document sealing me into the contract. After Mr. H***** departed my home, a few minutes later called him (**************) to cancel the agreement. He didn't answer, so I left a message. Mr. H***** did not return my call and claim he never received the message. 17 October 2021, the next day the Installer showed up to connect the water system and to my surprise he installed two big tanks on the side of the house. I called Mr. H***** again. This time he answered. I told Mr. H***** again to cancel the agreement because he was less than honest with me: 1. He never mentioned the big tanks 2. He only mention a water filter installation under the kitchen sink. 3. The outside big tanks installation was incomplete. 4. On receiving ******** water, I am not sure what water is being received or who support it. 5. As to receiving Tide Products for 20 years that is totally untrue. The forms to order or re-order supplies are from a company called Pure and Gentle, NOT TIDE!!! After explaining all this to Mr. H*****, he insist on coming by to correct any errors of the installer. I told Mr. H***** when he do come be prepared to removed his equipment from my house. About a week later Mr. H***** showed up again at my home not prepared to remove the equipment. But, to tell me that his boss will be calling me. With my mind at rest thinking in good favor. I never got the call!!! What I got was a difficult conversation the field manager "Nat". Nat, who I spoke with over the phone would not listen to my complain. And, told me he wasn't going to cancel the contract as I was too late. Mr. Michael H***** did not aid in my defense, instead claim he had no phone conversation or spoke with me until two weeks later. Also Mr. H***** told me that I will not receive a bill until January 2022, about January 15, 2022 to be exact . Contrary to that promise, I have received a bill each month since 16 October 2021 amounting at 0.02712% daily rate. Original price charge of $7999.00 is now $8087.95. Thank-you.
