I came accross PartyBell when I was in search for a unique Fortnite themed dinner/lunchware set that can't be found anywhere in *********. I was extremely happy to know that PartyBell does international shipping, and so I made the order of the Fortnite Party Pack (serves 24 guests). The communication was professional and on point. I was given tracking numbers, and my questions/enquries were all answered to my satisfaction. I was able to track my package and it arrived safely and undamaged within a month. The products lived up to its expectations, great quality and it certainly looks great. I would definitely recommend to family and friends or to anyone else interested.

I ordered a "SCARLETT ** BN RD 30" wig for a show that I am doing from CostumePub.com and I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of their chat customer service, the prices, and the extraordinarily fast shipping. The wig was scheduled to arrive on March 4th and it arrived on March 2nd. It was packaged very carefully and when I inspected it, the product was exactly what I expected. I do wish that you could see swatches of the wig colors online. But, the chat representatives were very helpful when I asked questions about what the wig colors look like in reality. I didn't want a color that looked too fake and a very auburn color would have been a bit much on stage. This reddish ***** color is perfect and I am excited to show it to our costumer.I wish it was easier to leave a review for this business. You have to actually ask them for this link. But, I guess people will trash any online business for any number of reasons and this will also keep the fake reviews down to a minimum. The bottom line is that if you are concerned that this might not be a real vendor, I can tell you from my experience that they are real and the product that I ordered was reasonably-priced, exactly what I expected (actually, it is better than I expected), and shipped with lightning speed. I would do business with this vendor again without hesitation.

I was blown away by the prompt, attentive and courteous customer service I received from this company. The communication between us was always *****, open and fair and the staff resolved my issue quickly. They gave me a full refund on my damaged item without the need for me to go to the trouble of mailing it back. Everything was handled with politeness and respect. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their products again, especially as they are well priced against competitors. Most of all, though, this business clearly goes above and beyond for its customers. I wish the firm continued success.

I received my Halloween order this week, but one of the items was delivered wrong. I contacted the company via telephone and was very surprised because the agent I spoke with was genuinely helpful and apologetic about the mixup. The correct item was shipped to me the next day. I offered to pay for the item I received by mistake - it was a ******************************* decoration- and asked for a small discount. But the customer service rep told me that they do not have their customers pay for things they didnt order- and had me keep the decoration. I will order from the company again just because they are so nice and treat their customers the right way. I appreciate the resolution, even though I feel a little guilty keeping ****, but I did offer to pay. The company would not let me, and that goes a really long way. Ill order more from them and recommend to family and friends !
