1 starAllSolar Energy removed the roof top solar system prior to a roof replacement and then reinstalled the roof top solar system. The work was not done properly and there was a roof system leak that they refused to fix or even look at when brought to their attention. I was told there was only a one month guarantee on the re-install and despite my pool company identifying the roof leak within that time frame they did not come to check it out or inform me why after making an appointment to come check it out. Subsequently I've had to hire another company to fix their shoddy work.Be very careful hiring this company!Review fromDavid M

5 starsWe are having a new roof put on our home in Kissimmee, Florida. We have solar hot water and a solar array to warm our swimming pool. The man who is replacing our roof said that he would provide us with a reliable company to remove and reinstall our solar equipment. A man named David came to our house, with a helper, and proceeded to remove all of our solar equipment. David was very professional and courteous with us and had everything neatly placed on the side of our house in less than two hours. He is the kind of man that everyone wishes for when they need anything done to their home. 5 starsAllSolar Energy met our needs above and beyond our expectations. Our solar water heater sprung a major leak the Friday before Thanksgiving and we had such a difficult time getting a plumber to come to our home to assess the problem. The solar company that installed the unit did nothing to offer us any help or solutions to rectify the problem. After several calls, a local plumber sent a nice gentleman to the house to recommended the water heater be replaced by a different solar company, as they were not certified to work on solar water heaters. I contacted AllSolar on a Saturday morning and Amanda, who graciously listened to my crisis situation, contacted Ben **** and assured us that he would do his best to get a new water heater installed by Tuesday, the latest. On Monday morning Ben called that he was on his way to install a new unit. He was pleasant, personable, courteous and professional with a sincere concern for us and our dire situation. Needless to say, Ben put us at ease and assured us that we would have hot water within hours. Through his efforts we found that the damaged tank was still under warranty, which entitled us to a free solar water heater. The only charge we incurred was for the installation, which saved us a considerable amount of money. We are so grateful to Ben ****, Amanda and Liz for their patience, time and concern to get our hot water heater up and running in such a timely fashion. We will definitely use them for our future solar needs and we highly recommend AllSolar Energy, Inc.
