            We just received a call from Jeanne who seemed very nice and informative. But she claimed a payment was made Feb 2019 for a deposit on a vacation to Vegas. She also claimed we just needed to pay the overdue fees of $998 and that amount would cover 5 people all inclusive. However I told her it sounded too good to be true so I would have to check the BBB. At which point I found these reviews and 1 star scam alerts. She said she would transfer me to someone who could help. This is when it was obvious to me that this was not legit. A guy who didn't even introduce himself answered the phone like an annoyed teenager. Saying "Helloooo???". I told him I was going to check the BBB and that if a charge was made fraudulently as claimed for $399 on the card mentioned that I would have to dispute it. To which he replied AGAIN like an annoyed child and said "Do you want the vacations or NOT?" Don't be scammed. This is all garbage and they aren't even smart enough to act like business professionals through their entire scam call.
