    On 9/30/23 we purchased a water softner from Daystar Marketing and Consulting, **** Days later was installed however they put the drainage under my ***** home making a pool of water around the support blocks every time the system discharged which will cause the home to sink over time. I called them and I told them to take the hose out from under the house wich they did and they lay the hose and tubing on the ground. The installers them called the manager and I spoke with him and he said that he was going to call me the next day to arrange for a day to come out and connect the drainage to the washing machine drain with an air gap but that never happened and the hose was left where they left it on the ground. I didn't pulled the hose my self and they haven't returned my calls or my wife's calls. No calls no e mails or messages from them . I enclosed a picture showing the way they installed and one the way they left it . The white tubing was to connect to the washer drain when they bring the air gap.     I will give credit where the sales guy that came out to market was very “selling” with the products and we were invested! Although, when the next business day came to install, there was no one who showed up, the number he told me the call there was no answer or call back, mind you I could not even get an actual HUMAN to answer the phone line. NEVER ONCE HEARD BACK, I had to get in touch with the guy who came out here who decided to tell me we didn’t qualify for the financing part, EXCUSE ME?? I was not made aware of any of that, and was then told he wishes us the best. Lie after lie I feel like and completely taken advantage of new home owners! A lawyer will be in contact with this company, that’s all I have to say. SCAM!
