      I will give credit where the sales guy that came out to market was very “selling” with the products and we were invested! Although, when the next business day came to install, there was no one who showed up, the number he told me the call there was no answer or call back, mind you I could not even get an actual HUMAN to answer the phone line. NEVER ONCE HEARD BACK, I had to get in touch with the guy who came out here who decided to tell me we didn’t qualify for the financing part, EXCUSE ME?? I was not made aware of any of that, and was then told he wishes us the best. Lie after lie I feel like and completely taken advantage of new home owners! A lawyer will be in contact with this company, that’s all I have to say. SCAM!

      I’m very happy about our system. I never drank the house water in any house we’ve lived in because I was always worried about it. With this system I only drink the house water now and I am glad that it is running through the whole house. Everyone that came out was super professional and they were actually able to Install the same day.

      This company has the worst customer service. I had a rep come to my house to go over the equipment I was interested in buying. The sales rep didn’t fill out the ppw correctly. I called several times and left messages. Never once got a call back. Then I finally got a call after they ran my credit asking me why my wife wasn’t added to the application. I had no idea. They said they would contact me back for her information to run her credit. Never got a call. The sales rep called me and asked if anyone from finance contacted me and I said no. So now I have a inquiry on my credit and never got a call to finalize the sale. Very shady company. When you call, every sept has a voicemail where you never talk to anyone but only to leave a voicemail. What a waste of time.

      The service department dose not do what they said. They where going to send a person out to replace a part for the water softer and every time I call he us coming. It has been a month he has not come yet. To solve the problem I would like for them come take out the system and give me back my money.

      I have been totally robbed from this company. The demo showed to me at my home is totally different from the actual product. It does not filter or clean the water in my home. It's been this way since day one of purchase in 2019 to now. I have been trying to contact this company in regards to this malfunctioning device. Upon contacting them, I have noticed that this company has multiple names and phone numbers. I have just tried to have this matter resolved by requesting through Carlos-Receiving Agent for Jamie McGriff- Account Servicing Manager, to give me a call before the end of business today 10/26/2021@ 5:30PM Which I was told by Carlos that Want happen. He also stated that my resolution that I am requesting is not an option. So therefore, I requested for contact information for Mr. Scott *******- Vice President or Mr. Richard ******- CEO. So that I could email them in regards to the possible solution for this very serious issue. I am a disabled Veteran and just want to be made whole from the bad situation that me and my family have been enduring for the past 2 1/2 years. The only reason why it has taken this long is due to covid, misrepresentation of defaulted equipment, and information not provided to me in order to contact the proper individuals. I am rating this a one star due me not be able to put anything less.

      Mr. *****, this seems to be a complaint with the finance company not us. As I stated on the 26th (the day of this review) when we spoke on the phone, none of the names you've listed work for Daystar Marketing & Consulting. As promised then, I have had your system serviced and operational. I also reached a resolution with you just this morning on the 29th.

      Hi Sir, my original complaint was with both Daystar Marketing & Consulting and ************. I must say that you are a man that stands by your word and not just talk or over look a customers complaints. I am truly satisfied with my system and the water is soft and very enjoyable. My wife is truly enjoying the soft water, because the tub is her zen (relaxation). All I have been hearing from her is that she is satisfied with the outcome. As people say happy wife, happy life. I also would like to say to anyone else if their is a issue with your system that was purchased from Daystar Marketing & Consulting, speak to Mr. *******, he is truly a professional business man and stands by what he tells a customer. Also, if you live in central Florida a water softener is needed due to the hard water. Thank you again for the quick response to my system.
