I placed an order for pink wipers with express shipping. I received black ones. They have said a refund was processed. It was pending. This morning it disappeared. Never seen anything like this! They have no customer service number. Only chat and email. Very disappointed.Business response

Hello,
Attached are the back of shopify for this order and *************************** was refunded on July 11, 2024. Incorrect merchandise was sent in our error, ******* was also told to keep what was sent.

12-12-21...The company took money out of my account,and said I ordered the wiper.I repeatedly emailed and left messages to them,that I didn't place the order and for them to cancel it.They totally ignored me and took the money out of my account anyway and are sending the wipers.I want my money refunded back into my account immediately.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/02/11) */ Mr.******* signed up for our subscription when he placed his first order. So the next year we sent the yearly blades to him. He spoke with our customer service department and we canceled his subscription and refunded his money. He received the email showing that the refund process had started and that his subscription had been canceled. When he reached out that he had not received his refund we informed him that we had no control over it once the process started and that when we spoke to Shopify they informed us it could take up to 12 business days for the money to be refunded. We reached out to Mr.******* and gave him this information. We did everything we could to get this issue resolved for Mr.*******. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/02/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Never did receive refund... Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2022/02/28) */ Good morning, Mr.******* did receive his refund, please see attached documentation. Mr.******* signed up for our subscription plan when he placed his first order, which we explain to him when he contacted us originally. As soon as he informed us that he no longer wanted to be on the subscription plan we canceled his subscription, please see attached documentation and did his refund. We did everything we could to appease Mr.******* in a timely manner. We have apologized several times and explained to him why the order was placed and that we had refunded his money.
