      I booked through vbro however paid through 30A so vbro isn’t helping I paid 3,400 for 3 nights about 1,100 to rent a vacation home beach front advertisement said big porch to sit an enjoy view They advertised they have clean home badge etc I checked in the 14 of may 2023 was going be staying till may 17 First night about 6 hrs pass check n I noticed a bug on my deck no biggie at first honestly however I turned lights on to scare it so it ran hid later on this went on all night till they honestly didn’t even care about the lights the house my bedroom had one under kitchen table Front porch I seen 4 different ones in a 30 minute time till i came inside to find them however nothing from 30 A or vbro I sent pictures told them i have proof were i rented another one about 20 minutes down beach front 3’000 have asked for refund I paid 2 booking fee’s for cleaning fee’s because i rebooked my dog had no side walk or even a patch of grass to pee in were I could find something same day beach front i was shorted a days vacation wasted I also was looking into there reviews an caught they all all basically the same I fill for 1,100 a night I shouldn’t have this issue honestly any business The owner or host told me they had it treated the morning i left an didn’t see any they were going back at night to check she made no attempt to get ahold of me to return my money I stayed one night no sleeping up all night worrying about bugs an were to go by 10 am check out time

      I am writing in response to a complaint filed by a guest regarding their stay at our property. We appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns and provide a detailed account of the events surrounding the complaint. On 5/15 around 1:30 am, the guest reported seeing bugs on the premises. We responded promptly at 8 am and took immediate steps to address the issue, informing them that a pest control appointment had been scheduled for that day. Unfortunately, by the time we responded, the guest had already prematurely departed.

      On 5/15, our reputable pest control service conducted a thorough inspection of the property. The pest control professionals reported that they did not observe or detect any unusual smells, sights, or pest-related issues during their inspection on 5/15. However, in an abundance of caution, we had them treat the property. We went above and beyond by personally visiting the property during the day and night to verify the guest's claim. There was no evidence of any bugs in our inspections. Multiple individuals were involved, and none reported any evidence supporting the guest's claims. Before and following this stay, we have not received any complaints or reports regarding bugs. In addition, we have pest control treat the properties quarterly. We take pride in maintaining the highest cleanliness standards and customer satisfaction and work hard to provide our guests with a well-maintained and pest-free environment.

      Based on the above facts, we respectfully refute the customer's request for an unwarranted refund. We made every reasonable effort to address the complaint promptly and thoroughly. The guest chose to vacate the premises before allowing us to address the reported issue fully. By leaving the property and renting another accommodation, the guest unnecessarily incurred additional expenses we cannot be held responsible for.

      i sent photos of 6 different cockroaches no way would anyone stayed there comfortably I didn’t pay 1,100 a night to have these issues 

      I sent photos an proof of the next place i booked same day same price for remaining nights so you rent cockroach infestation places but have a clean badge reward ill will be taking action for the remaining balances not resolved vbro stepped up an refunded 1,900 of 3,4000 i paid for 3 nights please its a joke to call yourself a business
