I have been with Air Now for several years now. They serviced my home unit just today (2/27/2024 )and I must say they are providing excellent service to the unit I have currently which, by the way, they installed about 4 years ago. Today Dierk was the technician and ****** was the customer ********************** representative and they both were outstanding with all their personal interactions with me.************ in **************

Excellent service Received the first of two service calls on a new hvac system installed by Airnow. The technicians were professional in appearance and provided excellent communication about what to expect from the visit and answered all of my questions regarding the installation.Air Now Response

*****, ***** and **** arrived on time and set about the task of removing and replacing my "antique" gas furnace and condensing unit and replacing it with a more efficient heat pump. I do not recall them breaking for lunch, but they may have grabbed a snack. Nevertheless, they completed the job in less than six hours, which seemed to me to be a relatively quick install. Start-up was uneventful with everything working out-of-the-box. Two days now and everything still functioning properly. Kudos to AirNow.Air Now Response

Air Now has serviced our hv/ac equipment for ten years. They are always very professional and have come quickly when there was a failure. They are reasonably priced. They explain whats going on with the equipment and always recommend what we should do.Air Now Response
