In 2018 Aqua Plumbing and Air sold the previous owner of the a Daikin Air conditioning system and intallation. In the contract, the owner paid an additional $950 to add 12 years of Labor to the agreement, in addition to the manufactures warranty.In a recent conversation i learned that **** will no longer honor the warranty and said the contract is not transferrable. No where in the contract is there any mention that the agreement is not tranferrable.Additionally, i believe that Fl state law requires warranties to be attached to serial numbers not owners.After numerous attempts no one is willing to honor the original agreement Service manager, **** simply saying we have no contract with ******* is at ext 115Business response

I do understand the frustration that is caused by a warranty not be honored for various reasons. I have had this experience myself before but this situation is with the manufacture and not with Aqua. It is their warranty that is not transferable. You will need to contact ******.
