I requested an estimate from Home Air Defender to replace old duct work in the attic of our condo. **** from ********. came a couple of days later. He was very thorough in his assessment of our issues. He took many pictures and he even **** a schematic of what would have to be done before he left. He e-mailed me the complete work project estimate 24 hours later. His estimate was the best compared to the other estimates I received from other companies. **** and **** were the ********* who did the work on replacing all of our duct work in our attic. They were meticulous and kept me informed on what they were doing during the process. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs. We will be doing business with them going forward in the future.Review from Grace L

When Home Air Defender arrived at my residence, after inspecting the A/C he pointed to several seriously obvious faults left unattended by prior companies. Major issues such as water leaking from the HVAC plenum, many air gaps, HVAC not anchored, VERY unstable . Use of a heat sensor inside the house specifically detects where loss of heat or cold air is escaping. He is very thorough in his investigation, providing explanations of all his findings as he progresses, including videos. He is on time, constant contact with customer for his arrival, reliable, allows the homeowner to decide which work is vital. This is a great company like no other company we’ve hired in the past.Review from peter k

Fan on a/c stopped working. They came out promptly, fixed the problem in short order, and the a/c was back on before the house even warmed up from the heat. Nice people and their work was well done.Review from Lynn L

O stars! Requested an estimate for a new thermostat. (thru the BBB website) They came out, took pictures, and said they would be in touch. Then nothing for weeks. Crickets! Complete waste of my time and maybe it was a godsend? I had to have my ductwork replaced, I am glad they weren't involved.

Scheduled bi-annual A/C maintenance through Home Air Defender's office without a hitch. Technician, Carlos, arrived, ON TIME, within the 12-2 pm "window" period. Absolute pleasure to watch him work--knew exactly what to do, and was knowledgeable AND FRIENDLY in his answers to my questions. Greatly appreciated the several preventative maintenance tips he provided me to help keep the entire system working well. Hard to go wrong with this outfit.
