      Ordered:January 18th 2023 Received 25th.I wanted a replacement for a remote Fujits AR-arcfu and recieved a remote that was centigrade only no fahrenheit and the sleep timer only worked for 1 hour..I emailed on the 25th and 27th asking for refund $24 or replacement . Calld after that. Emailed their"guru" **************************The response appeaed to be a generic "Hi ***********************, we have received your email. We will get back to you shortly.********** all requests to our remote expert (*************************) so you can expect an answer that will solve your problem shortly.Never heard from them again.

      I paid for and ordered a remote control on May 22, 2022. The remote never came. I emailed the company on June 8, 2022 and they responded that my remote was in transit and had been shipped out to me. That is the last I ever heard from this company. I sent another two emails inquiring about my merchandise and received no answer. I feel that I have been scammed and I want a full refund.       I purchased a remade remote for my black and decker portable A/C around March 17, 2022. They stated my remote was discontinued when I put in my information, but that I had three options. 1. A remote for 19.99 but had only a few programed A/c and would not allow me to use the special features on my A/c. 2. A remote for 42.50 which would allow me to use my special features on my A/C and would have 32 different a/c's programed into the remote and if none of those were mine there was a money back guarantee on all remotes. 3. Option was an identical factory remote for $200.+ I opted for number 2. My remote only came with 29 A/c's programed into it not 32 and none of them worked. I called the company several times at different times, it always went to voicemail. I never received a return call. I then sent a couple emails after first went unanswered for awhile. I finally got a reply. They said they did not want to refund my money but instead wanted to upgrade my remote, which make no sense. They would give away a $200+ remote rather than refund $42.50? At any rate since that email I've heard nothing since and any emails go unanswered again. If they can guarantee a working remote as their site says I just want my money refunded,
