What a joke. Total ruse. Save your money, *** put his vacuum on one of the vents in the living room and turned on his "high pressure negative air machine", basically a big vacuum box. I can't imagine it has much suction past 10 to 12 feet in the duct. Says the service includes unlimited vents, (he only hooked up to one). Ran it for 1/2 an hour (mostly for show I assume).He removed the air return grills, looked into them, took a few cell phone pics and said they were dirty... no kidding! And it would be extra if I wanted those cleaned and/or vacuumed, surprise, surprise.I wasn't expecting much but he out-did himself. I don't believe he did anything of value.I did complain about what he was doing and he advised me to call his boss, I told him I wouldn't bother since I'm sure this is what he was told to do. It really wasn't even worth the $75. They claim it's a $259. service?? you've got to be kidding. He didn't even clean up after himself. I paid him just to get him out of my house. I asked him what happened to the "organic deodorizer", he said it was vanilla. I said I don't smell anything but you, (he really needs a shower), had to air out the house and Lysol it after he left. Not worth my time, money or aggravation. It's no wonder they had an opening the following day.Good luck.

The second week in May I received in the mail a packet of business coupons, two were for cleaning A/C and dryer vents. I live in a condo built in the mid-70’s and my condo is so dusty that I purchased three Air Purifiers which help a lot but not enough. I called Fresh Air Pros and spoke with the Owner, Tony and explained my situation . He also explained his company cleans homes, not condos. I Asked if he would make an exception and clean my vents. The price was $199.00 but that was ok with me. Fresh Air Pros arrived on May 17, 2023, checked out the A/C, vents and started the cleaning which took about 1-1/2 hours which also included the application of organic sanitizers, fungicidal and bactericidal treatments. I cannot believe the difference: the air is cleaner, fresher and the A/C puts out more air from the vents. The gentlemen were neat, cleaned up afterwards and I plan for their return again. I thought it would be a good idea to have our house ducts cleaned, particularly after I saw an ad in our monthly magazine for Fresh Air Pros: Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Package Season Special Reg $350 for $85 When they got here I was told I needed "deep cleaning for an additional cost of $250, plus deep cleaning of the plenum for another $450, and also needed a UV light for another $1,000. I said that is not what your coupon states and it shows a picture of someone with a huge rounded brush deep cleaning a return duct. He said that was for "marketing" purposes, I said no thank you for the additional "needed" services, but did pay him the $85 for wiping the ceiling vents and attaching a vacuum tube to one ceiling a/c vent..... he did clean the dryer vent that goes directly out the side wall. I was happy with the hand vacuuming of the ceiling vents and the louvers wiped and cleaned. It was worth the $85 for me not to stand on the top of a ladder and do it myself. But, if that is suppose to be what a person normally gets for $350 w/o the coupon, I would have taken my chances with the ladder. I found their "advertising" very misleading.
