We stand behind these comments. This customer is a rookie and has no idea what she is doing or how an online only auction works in spite of the repeated explanation. This customer does not understand, nor is she willing to listen.
Here's the deal...customer was outbid on two items in the auction and her maximum bid was pushed to protect her position.
She does not understand this concept.
This proves some people will not allow themselves to listen to reason.
Customer was provided an auction transcript with time stamps backing up our explanation. We invited the customer to our office for additional lengthy discussion and have as much time as she is willing to discuss this but instead, she runs to the BBB thinking we care what she thinks.
***** ***** is unreasonable and is on our "no-bid" blacklist. We are giving ***** ***** a 1 star review. Her interface with our business is pathetic and we won't be bullied by her.
*****, if you want a refund of your $50, call us. Willing to ship pennies cross country.
How can this particular auction have thousands of participants and hundreds of winners and she is the only one with the problem? Sounds like she might be the one out of line here.
We hope the BBB posts this review and our response so that all businesses avoid this woman and her irrational behavior. The BBB review process is a two-way street.
