Date of transaction: Tue, Jan 10, 5:48?AM Amount paid: 635$ Business promised me to receive a NEW 12" custom made subwoofer enclose for a 2020 GMC **** HD. Spoke the the owner and provided specifics about what the box would require for sub depth, width, color ect. Nature of dispute: I was told via email and by the owner that lead time is 2-3 weeks to receive the product that i paid for. I didn't receive the product for 12 weeks. i made over a dozen attempts to call, email and communicate in any way i could to get an update on my order. i had 0 luck getting ahold of anyone. when i recieved the box it was damaged (leather was cut up) and the dimensions were completely wrong. It was cut for 10" instead of 12" and the mounting depth discussed upon the order was wrong. the leather is also already lifting from glue I reached out to *** after i got my box to show them it was damaged and, and also explained it was wrong size and provided pictures and proof to them upon request. I was told that i would get a new box with the right demensions and also damage fixed. since then they have went silent and will no longer answer me in any way. Order #- Invoice #***** - 635$
