The company name doesn't match, but that address does and is for Faithful Heritage Holdings and ********************************** at ****************************************************************. The company has very poor staff, where they don't respond to voicemails or emails. In November 2022, I called the company to request they transfer my pre-need cremation contract. I told them the area I was moving to and was told by the person who answers the phone that the contract could be transferred. Then after several calls, I was told that I needed to talk to *************************, fat chance she never returned any of my several calls. Then I was given her email address, to request a refund. So into 2023, they wouldn't transfer my contract. I sent emails and calls to ****** and said I they had lied about the transfer and then refund. After several months, then I was told to call the *************** for the refund. So, I was given that phone number and preceded to call several times and was told to talk to *******. Again, ******* wouldn't take my calls or return them. So now into June 2023, I was told I had to write a letter and mail to ******* asking for a refund. After sooo many emails and phone calls, nobody to take responsibility. Now July I finally received my refund, but due to them messing around and not taking proper care of the situation, the costs of the cremation have gone up. I have now a place to contact, but the cost is $100.00 higher and Faithful Heritage Holdings should have to pay me the $100.00. Nobody should have to go thru what I did with that stupid, uncaring business of such an important matter. Nine months for anything to get partially solved is ridiculous. This has been a nightmare for me as nobody wants to do a job they are supposed to do. Faithful Heritage Foldings/ ********************************** needs to be made to correctly deal with the patrons and pay me the extra cost I have to incur because of their lack of responsibility. They don't deserve any star ratings.

HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WITH ANY DECENCY SHOULD ALLOW THIS PHOTO TO BE SEEN BY THE PUBLIC. THIS IS A VETERAN OF WAR THAT HAS BEEN TREATED IN A DEPLORABLE MANNER AT SARASOTA MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY. LET THE PUBLIC SEE.

PICTURES ACQUIRED UNDER YELP WHERE A VETERANS CRYPT IS OUT OF THE EARTH - GO BACK TO 2018 -PRESENT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN REMEDIED!! THE CONCRETE CRYPT TOP CAN BE SEEN WITH LITTLE EFFORT.

VETERANS SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED THIS WAY WHEN THERE IS SUPPOSED PERPETUAL CARE.

******* ****** Gravesite disturbed in 2017 - headstone moved and was left this way for quite some time. What was the HEAD maintenance man doing? (Pics to confirm)
Entry crypt on the left of the park was built in 2020, it is the maintenance workers' prime endeavor. I was informed by a man that the deal to buy the crypt was less money to purchase if he paid cash. Who orchestrated this deal? Where did this money go? Possibly C. Work while he was in bankruptcy? Hmm...
In late 2020 I took pictures of some OLDER gravesites/gravestones and 7-10 days later it disappeared - I searched and searched and never found it. There is a lot # and an obituary of when this person was buried. (Pics to confirm)
I have watched areas where a new sandy area for a body was "butted" up to an old headstone - (pic to confirm)
The old mausoleum roof is stagnant with replacement and the marble floor is STILL filthy with cracks everywhere.
A person was placed in an incorrect grave. This was a deal to obtain $$ and what a mess that one turned out to be. Read ****** ********* statement about this one! Sarasota Memorial Park
Unfortunately, the new owner of the cemetery has fixed the office building before any detailed repairs for all discrepancies in the park. *** ******** Dad's upright grave marker STILL remains cracked on the front.
Across from my mother and dad, the area is never cleaned. There is an extremely leaky area on the top mausoleum that has left stains on at least 15 mausoleum fronts. Across from them, ********** name was never returned after they took his mausoleum front off. My mother and dad's mausoleum front STILL has digging chips all along the top - never replaced. M ********* from the Division of Funeral & Cemeteries commented to me the lettering on their mausoleum front was INCORRECT - 0 has been replaced. Unfortunately, this cemetery violates many statutes, and get by with it.
There has to be a BACKFLOW problem. One drain is covered with dirt debris, acorns, leaves, and sticks.
