      Bought tickets to their show Paranormal Cirque in ********** for September 21st @6:30pm. A week before the date of the show, we received an email saying that the show was cancelled due to venue restrictions (the shows were not selling well). We were given an account credit and told to reschedule to a show happening in another city. No refunds were offered, and myself and my party cannot travel due to distance, as well as work obligations. We took time off for the original date and are unable to travel for their ONLY other Canadian show date. This is bad business to think a company can sell tickets to shows that I very well think they never had the intention to run, and then cancel, reaping the financial profits. We as ticket purchasers received nothing in exchange for our hard earned money at no fault of our own: whereas Cirque Italia made the choice to cancel and took our money anyways.

      Upon arrival, we were shoved by employees into a haunted house/maze, which we were never informed of. Worse, however, at the show itself, members of the audience were chosen (not volunteered, forcibly chosen) to go on stage, be handcuffed to a board, have their eyes covered, and members of the circus began sexually assaulting those chosen, grabbing their ******** repeatedly. I am currently working with an attorney (and folks I met after the show) to file a lawsuit. Order # *******

      I am rejecting this response because, the response did not discuss any of my two major issues: that 1.) members of the audience were sexually assaulted, and 2.) there was no mention of a haunted house walkthrough, which we were shoved into by staff members.       Transaction date 8/12/23 for ****** Show was scheduled for 8/26/23 when placing the order said to was for the 9:30pm show on their website. The email said 6:30pm EST but when taking the screen shot online it said 9:30pm EST. The ticket booth people said we were out of the ****** if we didnt go to another show. Only 8 of us could go to the 11:30pm EST and they told us to stand outside and sell the tickets. We were out 8 tickets and they refused to refund. We showed the screen shots of everything the the staff was rude and said you need to learn how to read the fine print where we do non refundable. They switched out time and 8 of us could not make it to the show. I am now out of ****** and have to figure out how to get that money back and send to the 8 people for their tickets.

      On Sunday May 14, 2023, my husband and I attended Paranormal Cirque in ***** *******. Pulling in to the parking lot, we were immediately asked for $5 to park, this was not disclosed to ** with the ticket info. I recently broke my ankle and am wearing a boot on my leg, with mobility issues. There was no direction inside and people were corralled into line so we followed the crowd, not knowing we were being directed into a dark maze, which I had no desire to go into. After getting into the tent, found our VIP seats had a step down of **** inches with no hand rail. I could not make the step, so they said they were going to take care of it.they set up 2 folding chairs in the walk way and said all set. We still ended up paying $129 for horrible seats. In addition, they claimed it was climate controlled, there was no AC, no fans and no air movement, the temperature had to be around 110 degrees. Horrible experience

      Purchased tickets to see Paranormal Cirque for Saturday, July 30th, at 6:30 with two of my friends and my girlfriend, thinking it was just a circus show. We entered and were confused to see that there was a haunted maze we had to go through before getting to our seats. I went to see if anybody could help me out and they were rushing us since there was a line piling up, so one of the workers decided to come up to the group and smacked my girlfriend's *** and aggressively screaming "GO GO" forcing us into the maze so we can get out of the way. In doing so, we went into the maze where there was more slapping and grabbing. After the maze, we immediately left the premise and went straight to the ticket booth to demand a refund. We ended up not getting any refund. It was at this moment too that we checked online (where we had purchased the tickets) to see if they said anything about a maze and/or if there was anything about the actors touching you and to my surprise, not a single thing was mentioned on their website information nor the terms and conditions (I spent a while reading thoroughly to make sure I didn't miss anything in fine print). I am asking for the refund of $57.32 for the two tickets I have purchased.

When they enter the show there are numerous postings referencing the same. As for "smacking" someone's behind, with the constant moving of people, waving of arms, touching was easily misinterpreted as "smacking someone's behind". It is extremely disgusting to also say that touching can be easily misinterpreted as "smacking someone's behind," especially when that's exactly what happened and you are trying to downplay the truth.       My friend and I were extremely excited about the sister show Paranormal Cirque. (They do not have a separate BBB and have been referred to on this complaint site before.) I drove 250 miles to come see it. When we first arrived we had to pay $5 to park, which was not listed anywhere on the ticketing site. We were directed to go through the "haunted maze" in the beginning. If by haunted maze you mean where people get to grab your behind, poke at you with fake chainsaws, and hit you in the arm. (It wasn't until we left where we saw a dimly lit sign way above in a barely readable font that said something about being "touched" NOT grabbed at.) So that already put us on edge but we had spent all this time driving to see the show and the money for the tickets. It started great with the zombie acrobats. Then at one point the contortionist is being walked around on a leash. We were in seats C12 and C13 in the premium section. What we did not expect was the actor to reach into a STRANGERS'S popcorn and dump it all over my friend. Head to toe she was covered with someone else's food. The nun portion is where things got completely awful. The nun went around making men stand up, flex their arms, and then proceeded to sexually assault them. He would reach over, at one point directly to the guy behind us, and grab the mens genitalia. This happened to numerous men. Grabbing another persons private parts IS sexual assault. This bit went on for 20 minutes before we decided to walk out only when the actor was all the way across the stage because we feared retribution. We were right in the front row so you couldn't have missed us. I went back and checked the terms and conditions and at no point does it say you consent to being touched, grabbed, fondled, grinded on, or have food thrown onto you. It just says "may be part of the act that may be considered offensive." If we had known, we never would have came. I don't know how this is even legal, it's probably not.

      This company is a reseller for SmokeRhino, which is a company in Italy. We have a retail location that we wanted to install 5 smoke units in should our alarm go off. We have received absolutely no support from this reseller, the company, or anyone for that matter. In fact, they advertise that the system installs simply with an alarm system. None of the technicians with our alarm company could figure out how to get these things to work. Alarms and lights work, but smoke canisters simply won't fire. We have requested technical support over 5 weeks ago and have yet to hear from someone. If you're going to sell a product, stand behind it and offer support.
