I had paid the 360 Property Services money to fix my house. I totally regret spending the entire amount of money for them to fix my house. The work on the contract wasnt completed, they done poor quality work and also now they want to take me to court for more money.

Good Afternoon
We did take on a job with ***************. From the beginning *************** has been a difficult customer, our most difficult.
She wasn't happy from day one. We spent countless houses on the phone with her as she would cry and become uncontrollably emotional. ************** has some physical deficiencies in which she told us that other contractors were trying to take advantage of her prior to her hiring us, but she then tried to use those against us in a multitude of ways.
We did complete all work as stated in the invoice, which she paid in full. The only time any extra money was mentioned was after She sent us an email complaining and we told her that we had done x amount of dollars of extra work, which we did not charge her for and if she wanted to continue to make threats about court, then we could go that route and we would seek payment for that as well.
After sending that email we recieved 3 different phone calls from various people representing *************** in some sort of way. The first person made threats towards us and we were forced to contact the ******************** and open a case. We also reported the 2 other number as well.
We have made it very clear verbally and written that our business with *************** is complete and we don't want any more communication with her or her so-called representatives.
We have documentation and all photos and videos showing the work was compete and then some.

I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see throughout the photos that you see my house didnt get pressure wash, its very poorly dirty, also when they had sealed the deck you can can they had spladdered it all over the house as well. As you can see from the original invoice that they were surpose to paint, fix door frames, file and paint. They didnt do that. I had paid them more than what the original price was and now they had send me an email saying that they want more money from me and that they were talking to their attorneys as well. Also, they didnt even fix the vinyl siding as well. I couldnt upload the pictures.

Unfortunately this customer is and has been looking for sympathy and try8ng to get extra work for free. We have completed our contract and she has paid in full. We also have photos and videos corroborating that the work was complete and that she was satisfied with work upon final walk through.
