Complaint: The complaint is about three unfinished jobs: kitchen, master bathroom and hall bathroom. Contracted *****************************/TGM Kitchens in May 2022 to (1) kitchen renovations: purchase and install kitchen cabinets (including all finish work), purchase and install granite countertops. This project is partly done with some wall storage cabinets installed. Need to deliver and install the majority of the kitchen cabinets (install provided hardware) and custom granite counters. (2) Master bathroom: install two vanities and granite counters. This project is mostly done except for one missing piece of granite. (3) Hall bathroom: purchase and install bathroom vanity (and install hardware) and granite countertop with sink. This project has yet to be started.*****************************/TGM Kitchens has been contacted numerous times by text, phone and email. Most of the time there is no response. Many other times he has promised to come and finish the job, scheduled an appointment and then is a no show. I cannot imagine after all of this time that he will ever come to finish the job.Invoices were sent and paid on as a contract.Ideally, we would like the job completed; the work that ****** has done is fine.
