I needed to replace a keypad and adjust my gates after hurricane Ian. About a week later I received a call from the technician saying my gates and keypad were completed and I owed them $400.00. I was out of town and had my daughter go to them and pay them. When I returned I saw they replaced a keypad but my gates were now actually rubbing the ground when they opened and closed. The keypad was $70.00 and they charged me $400.00 for five minutes of work. They sent over a guy who had no clue how to adjust them and actually made my gates inoperable. I then called the owner Alberto and told him this was not fair and what had happened. A week later he showed up and could not adjust the gates properly and said I needed a new hinge because it broke free from the column. My hinge wasn’t broken before they got here and now they said that won’t be included in the $400.00 I already paid them. I said to get the hinge. He told me it would be done in two weeks. Three weeks go by and I texted Alberto to only get a call by a girl saying not to call him again because he’s so busy with hurricane repair. She then said she’d put me on the schedule but couldn’t give me a date because they were so busy. Three weeks gone now and today I texted Alberto this: “ Alberto, I’ve been really patient here regarding my gates. I paid you four hundred to change a keypad. My gates are much worse now than since your guys touched them. Now you don’t want to finish the gates and that’s not fair at all. You want to now charge me more to replace hinges. It’s ok. Keep the money. I’ll be posting reviews about my experience with you and your company.” His response “ Hello *****, I see the way you do business now, so feel free to reach out to other companies we will no longer do any work for you. We communicated with you our time frame and you understood. With the hurricanes and storms we cannot provide you with next day repair. This is my last correspondence with you.
