We had a vinyl plank floor put down and a year later noticed defects in the flooring Have called and gone to the store at least 3 times in the last 2 months to have a warranty inspection. No response and no resolution. And also, they will not pay for labor to resolve the problem Mind you, the flooring has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer so there should be not reason not resolve the issue. Will never do business with them again.Review from Cindy C.

Communication with this company with the customer is zero. I've been dealing with a floor repair from a job contract signed June 1, 2022. Last week, I thought it was finally going to be finished and the installer was given a box of flooring in which each piece was damaged. My floors are still not finished and my room is still torn up. I'm very dissatisfied with this company who says they're all about customer service. Beware. Don't believe them.

I've been waiting for Manasota Flooring to install quarter round to finish the tile replacement in my main bedroom since May 2021. Getting the grout fixed was a separate nightmare (took 3 tries and 4 months) My calls are rarely returned, the only department that seems to work is accounting. Neal Builders and Manasota both saying it's not their responsibility.Manasota Flooring, Inc. Response

I would agrees with you EXCEPT that Manatee sent someone over in December to measure the room, and was led to believe at that point that Manatee would ensure that the job was finished. After receiving a few more bills, I called Julian as directed (he was on vacation, but didn't provide a name or number for anyone that would offer help), have spoken with Lupe in February and again I again with Julian on the phone the week of April 18 and he said that Manatee WOULD take care of the issue and scheduled someone to come and measure AGAIN on April 22 at 1PM. (the December measurements were lost...) No one showed up, no call - I then proceeded to call Julian and left a message at 4PM. No return call on Monday, I called AGAIN later the week of April 25, left a message with Julian and have heard nothing. Regardless of who was supposed to do the job, it has been almost a year, and I am simply being ignored by both Neal and Manatee Flooring. Returning phone calls and following through on scheduled appointments might be a first step.Review from Norman C

I purchased a new home 5 yrs ago
I paid extra for an upgrade to Mohawk wood floor installed by Manasota
I have 4 areas showing wear prematurely I have been working between Mohawk and Manasota for 4 months I have had 3 inspections and no progress toward a solution
