As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design. Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances. Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. Vik made sure we were aware of any problems and also made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our “new” home and our time trusting Royal Remodeling & Design. We highly recommend them.

Royal Remodeling & Design Guest Bath **** We recently contracted with Royal Remodel to update our ****s guest bathroom and are delighted with our choice of contractors. Although we kept the original footprint of the room, it now feels much more open and spacious. It is like our own ********** room.**** and *** were very helpful in selection of materials and execution of the project with the eye of an artist. Every member of their team took pride in their work and was willing to listen to our input and questions. Communication regarding the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and who would be coming to the house.Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum and the area was always cleaned when the days work was completed.We would definitely contact Royal Remodeling & Design for future projects and highly recommend them with 5 stars

Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. **** was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. *** managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldnt be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Royal Remodeling and Design was amazing to work with from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry right away and listened to our needs. **** and ***** really helped show the vision in the design process and set clear expectations through and though. Vik was an amazing Project Manager. His team was very clean, polite and on time. Vik stuck to the timeline and budget and completed the project right on time. My wife and i being ******** own a 2nd home in ******** since 2010. We have decided to renovate our home in June of 2023. We looked at several design companies to do a full kitchen remodel and new porcelain tile wood plank flooring throughout the house and other minor things. We wanted to pick a company that was reliable, trust worthy, has great credibility and most important that we are comfortable working with the company. It was important that they would be able to work independently and take care of the property for us while we were not at the house.Im a custom builder, developer and a tract builder in ****** for 45 years. I have built and renovated many homes through my company in ******. We also have a large property management company. So picking a company in ******* that would meet our expectations and standards is very important to me and my wife. I am still engaged in my business with my 3 kids all working in our company, we are a family business. We picked Royal Remodeling & Design because they are a family business and they have all the commitment, dedication, social skills and understanding on being responsible, by doing high quality work with best costumer service. Royal Remodeling & Design just completed the renovations in our ******** home in September. With the deadline as expected and their work was exceptional. They were always keeping us informed via emails, FaceTimes, text and were always available immediately by phone while we were back in ******. We never had to come to ******* to check on the work they were doing.They had their dustless demo crew, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, painters, cabinet installers do exceptional work. Once completed they moved everything back in proper order and everything was spotless. We are very pleased and satisfied with ****, *** and all Royal ********************************** team. We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in another state. After moving to ******* and purchasing an older home that needed a remodel and we thought - oh this should be easy! We were in for a rude awakening. We suffered through a "professional designer" who took over 7 months to get plans together and then they were not even what we asked for. We wasted thousands of dollars and two years of our lives looking for contractors, designers, anyone reliable and trustworthy to help us.We quickly learned this state is riddled with shady and untrustworthy contractors and that "lower price" usually means RUN the other way! Before we found **** and his team - we thought we found a contractor who gave us a fake license number, took our deposit and ran! Finally, I ran across Royal Remodeling and Design. We were nervous of course, after getting screwed over by numerous other people.Let me tell you - this company is the REAL DEAL. We are absolutely thrilled. They showed up to the minute, on time. They were very communicative and we knew what was happening every day. The workmanship was excellent. **** even designed our kitchen and bathroom right in his showroom! No need to waste thousands on a "designer" who uses old school paper and pencil and takes months.We had our floors done, full kitchen remodel, fireplace remodel, laundry room and bathroom. They were done in LESS time than we anticipated ( unheard of). We plan to hire them again for another project in the near future.You can find "cheap" and waste thousands in shoddy work, takes three times as long to get done or you are being scammed by someone working without proper licensing. **** and his team are highly professional. We have hired Royal ******************************** twice now. The first time was when needed to renovate our newly purchased outdated condo in *********************************** in ********. We interviewed five contractors and chose Royal Remodeling & Design because we thought **** had the best ideas and the most enthusiasm. Once it was decided to hire Royal the process was easy to get started.Within a weeks time we met **** at his downtown ******** showroom where he showed us our kitchen and bathroom designs on a computer program that made it easier to visualize. Once final changes were made we quickly got to picking out things we needed for our project. It was very convenient to have everything to choose from right there in the showroom. Kitchen Cabinetry and hardware, Cambria Quartz, Tile for backsplashes, showers and flooring. We especially liked the selection available for tile wood plank flooring.Once construction started the crew headed up by Project Manager Vik was diligent, friendly ************** up at the end of each day. They were attentive to all of our concerns as well. It was a pleasure to be with them each day that they were working. The project went smoothly and was on time and on budget.Our condo turned out great. It was our happy place until we decided to buy a single family home since we decided to become full time residents of *******. So it was with great confidence that we hired Royal Remodeling & Design to renovate our new home. We chose Royal Remodeling and Design to redesign and remodel our kitchen and laundry room. We love the end result and will use them again to remodel our bathroom. The first thing that impressed us with Royal Remodeling and Design was Stans sincere and personal approach right from the start. Soon after that we had our first in-person appointment at our home. **** treated us like our job was his project already. He toured our space and reviewed our initial wishlist. He gave us a few ideas, options and suggestions based upon our style, space and budget. He also provided some general project timelines and estimates. He took measurements to draft a plan based upon our discussions and set a followup appointment in their downtown ******** showroom to review the plans the next week. **** had taken our ideas and prepared a plan which also included basic pricing. **** and his sister **** helped ** finalize our plan and make the remaining design selections including our beautiful Cambria Quartz countertops. Once set with the final plans and contract, **** made another appointment at our home to review our design and go over the technical aspect with Vik. Once the project started the Royal Remodeling and Design team kept us informed all the way. There were very few delays or setbacks and the project flowed seamlessly from day one. We were able to live in our home during the process and they worked very hard to keep things orderly. The entire team was neat, on time and very knowledgable. They finished the project on time and we are thrilled with every aspect. The communication, the care and the quality are all evident. The transformation is more beautiful than we could have imagined. New cabinets, new counter tops, remove or rework some walls sounds like a typical kitchen remodel. It is until you start looking for a contractor you believe in and trust. We found that contractor in Royal Remodeling & Design located in ********. From the first meeting in our home with ****, which happened as promised, we felt good vibes. He went through with us what we wanted and he made a couple of good suggestions. **** did his layout and design right then. He gave us a quote and time to think about it.We went to the ******** showroom the next day, picked out the 42 cabinets and quartz counter tops and signed the contract. He gave us a timeline based on confirmed cabinet delivery of construction time of about two weeks. The kitchen remodeling would start in about four weeks. The crew started demo a day early in the time frame given. The work crew headed by ****** was very friendly and efficient. ****** came to our home everyday to make sure everyone was on the same page! The Royal crew did their work as promised on the days it was promised. The electrician the plumber, cabinet installer did their work professionally and when promised. The worksite was cleaned up every evening and we stayed in our house during the whole process. We thought the big delay would be waiting for the quartz countertops. Again, **** delivered on time as promised with an excellent install. The entire job was finished in approximately three weeks. No extras were ever asked for and the bid was complete.It is without any reservations that we recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. We love our new kitchen in ******!!
