      ******************************* received a Life Protect item in 2/24. He no longer needed it and was told he could return it and receive a $25.00 rebate for using it. They sent a ***************** card as well as the Official $25 Gift Rebate Registration Form. The Certificate Code is GIFTIR0419, Certificate No.: *******. I returned the registration form on the behalf of *********************************************, NE on 03/04/24. The Terms and Conditions says to allow 8-10 weeks for processing, It has been long past that time and he still has not received his $25.00 rebate. We would appreciate knowing the status of the rebate and how much longer he must wait to receive it. Please mail to: ******************************* ***************************************. Our company adheres to 100% compliance with all state and federal requirements and contact only those customers that we have obtained expressed written consent to contact.

      Picture is on your web site of my phone number being listed as other phone for international rebates.  Again, I have had this personal cell phone # for at least 7 years, and I have nothing to do with international rebates.  Please have my number removed from association with this seemingly shady business.

      International Rebates, LLC seems to have no intention to work with its customers. I thought I did everything that I was supposed to comply with the many ridiculous and unnecessary hoops they want you to jump through. I filled out the information properly after a long wait to try to find out what was even going on. I waited two months to get my rebate card in the mail. When I called, the person said the request had been voided because it wasn't sent by certified mail. There was no communication from the company to let me know that I had missed this step. They simply voided the offer. When I asked for a manager they gave me the name of a person **** who is supposed to have an extension **** with the phone number of ************. The number is most likely bogus as there's an eternal busy signal with no option for an extension.

      Good morning.  This customer was not in compliance with the terms and conditions of her offer.  We have attempted to reach her several times to discuss, however we were not successful in reaching her.  As a customer courtesy, we have cashed her out for the rebate.  The full amount of $100 was mailed to her at the address provided.

      A LifeProtect247 device was returned and we received a letter saying it had been received. A rebate form for $25 was sent in to International Rebates LLC on 04/19/2021. Now we can't reach anyone. This was turned in for *********** from ***************. I am her daughter/POA. Can you help us please? This program expires on 05/31/2022; would like to get her rebate in my name as she has since passed away. Thank you.

      A LifeProtect247 device was returned and a rebate form for $25 was sent in to International Rebates LLC on 8/6/21 We received a letter from Lifeprotect that equipment was received. July 27.2021 Can't get a good phone number online. All the ones we have tried are not working

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/16) */ Mr. ****** registered his rebate on 8.16.21. At that time he was emailed his redemption voucher, which needed to be completed and returned with his receipt. We did not receive the completed voucher and receipt from Mr. ******. After receiving the complaint in the mail, we reached out to this customer several times, but had to leave a voicemail. Mrs. ****** returned our call today. We went over the process, letting her know that we had sent them an email on 8.16.21. Mrs. ****** offered to start the process over, however as a customer courtesy we are going to cash her out for the $25 rebate. The customer is satisfied with our response and we consider the case to be closed. I will accept the response after I have received the gift card in the mail. It was indicated that it would take 4-6 weeks. At that time I will be satisfied with the outcome of my complaint. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/11/24) */ The customer failed to follow the terms and conditions of the rebate offer, we have giving the customer the opportunity of cashing out their rebate without following the steps of the process as a gesture of good faith. The rebate will be process and a check in the amount of the rebate will be mail out to the customer. We consider this matter is resolved and can now be close.       Returned a medical device to LIFELOCK and was sent a voucher to apply to International Rebates for a 25 dollar gift card as compensation for return of equipment. LIfelock simply said I would get a 25 dollar gift card and never mentioned the 3rd party. I filed for rebate > 2 months and received nothing. GIFTIR**** CERT NO ******* EXP 08302022
